We have recently stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, room was alright, could be more clean and smell in room was horrible like the room hadn’t had deep clean for a while. Breakfast was very poor and disappointing…scrambled eggs was made out of the powder !!!! No fresh fruit or vegetables,fruit was a can fruit! Too much cheese and ham instead of well balanced breakfast with healthy options, Carpet on hallways was full of stains and look very dirty

Excellent
For a motorway-side hotel, this is just excellent! Large spacious sunny but well air-conditioned room. It may have been on the motorway side of the building but we would not have known. There is a lovely peaceful poolside terrace and garden for breakfast - you cannot see or hear the roads sitting out. The inclusive buffet breakfast was top notch, absolutely nothing missing. Plenty of funky bright decor to keep things fresh, too. Although we were only passing by for one night, we will happily come back and stay here for a few days to explore the area.

Overall, the property is alright (we know Ibis hotels), however, the pillows are horrible, which led us all to have a terrible night's sleep. When I mentioned this at the reception the next morning she sighed and acknowledged they knew this. Honestly, It has put us off wanting to stay in any Ibis from now on, no matter how good the location or amenities.

Lots of room for improvement
The classical "neat reception, the rest doesn't matter" type of hotel. * Positives: Close to highway Close to restaurants Calm environment Large pool side terrace * Negatives & to improve Very loud airco even in lowest setting Rooms and bathroom need a refresher Breakfast lower than average. During our stay, we went down to have breakfast at 09:30. Half of the buffet was gone, tables not cleared, mo cutlery. Only one staff member running between replenishing the buffet, clearing the tables, baking (half baked croissants, almost raw) and (inedible) bread.

Breakfast a letdown
Staff at breakfast were lazy and unintrested. Cared more about what time it was than replenishing anything for breakfast. No meats left at 0940, just breads and I had to walk into the kitchen myself for clean cutlery and napkins. Horrible attitude to have by staff who do no care. Not sure how they still have jobs. Rest of the hotel was mediocre, nothing sets it apart. For the price point it’s positively disappointing.

Very pleasant hotel
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The room was comfortable and noticably quiet which helped with sleep. Breakfast was basic but coffee was good. Public transport was available but time to Nancy city centre was almost 40 minutes. There were limited Uber services available

Arrived after a very long journey, charged the Tesla on site beautify had a good meal and a great nights sleep and a good breakfast - fully refreshed and on to Switzerland.

Comfortable hotel with a sunny outdoor pool
We stopped here for one night on our way back from Montpellier. It was a short distance from the motorway with plenty of parking, but there was only a little road noise. The pool and kids playing area was neat and well stocked and we managed to enjoy a few extra hours in the sun as a result. Dinner was fine, but the drinks were expensive (€7 for a pint of Heineken). The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. For the eco warriors, the hotel has lots of Tesla charging points and for the shopper, there is a massive mall across the road! Overall if I was in the area, I would definitely stay again

A great stop on a long journey
We stayed here on the way from the UK to Switzerland. The hotel is clean, welcoming and has some great facilities. The rooms are basic - No fridge, no kettle etc but there is Free Wi Fi ;-) Breakfast had a good choice of options and the outdoor pool was a real bonus. We were able to easily get into Nancy and see the wonderful sites. Will stay here again.

Surprisingly nice stop over!
We picked this hotel as a stopover night traveling from Europa Park to Calais and loved it! Great hotel, really comfortable room and a lovely little bar area downstairs with a table football setup which the kids loved! I would definitely stay there again if we pass that way

Not impressed with check-in service where they couldn't find my reservation at first, then asked me to fill in a landing card style piece of paper questioning my arrival date in France, my expected departure date, my nationality and place of residence. I don't see how this is relevant to them and I certainly didn't see them ask this of French guests. I am quite annoyed in fact.

Horrid Staff and Terrible Hotel
The air conditioning did not work and the staff neglected to inform me until I was in my room for 2 hours. I was not offered a fan or anything. I was told it was a problem and to figure it out on my own. I am on the first floor so I could not leave my window open. Needless to say I got very sleep as I had to crack the window and door so my wife and daughter could sleep. I finally went to sleep around 3am after they went to sleep...all of us in underwear without sheets since it was so humid. The worst experience I have ever had a hotel and I have traveled all over Europe. I will NEVER be staying with Accor Hotel chain again!

Stop-over on way to Rome
We booked Ibis Styles Nancy Sud for a stop-over on our drive from UK to Rome. It is near the autoroute just south of Nancy, so was easy to get back on our journey the next morning. The hotel is on a retail park with several roundabouts, so I got a little lost trying to find it! Once there, it was very modern and comfortable. Food and service were good.

Very Good Choice!
Modern Hotel in a very convenient location (400ft from it there is a huge mall with dozens of stores and fast-food restaurants to choose from and a Cora supermarket, bigger than any Wal-Mart!), room and bathroom very good, with A/C. Free internet in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent. We recommend it to families and to business travelers as well.
