2 of our engineers stayed here and we had 2 rooms, the following day one of them was covered in some type of bug bites which didn’t come out until later in the day while they were travelling on to Switzerland,

Shabby Chic, this is not......it's just shabby!
This hotel has got to be the DREARIEST and SHABBIEST I have ever stayed in. The room itself was freezing. It had only one small electric wall heater which wasn't able to heat the room at all despite it being on full power. The room itself was furnished with furniture that was probably resurrected from a skip. Nothing matched and looked like it came from a cheap flat pack catalogue. Lastly, there was one one single power outlet available in the entire room. So forget about being able to recharge your devices when you've settled in to the room. The only thing good about this place is the "Goodbye" sign at the car park when leaving the next morning. It's definitely not shabby chic.....just shabby!

Hard to find.
A one night stopover on our way to Epernay. Difficult to find in spite of large signage.The GPS in the rental vehicle refused to allow No.1 in the appropriate street, only 13,17 etc.As a result we took 45 minutes to find location.It keep sending us a half km. from site. Not the hotel's fault , just a note for GPS USERS. Good location neat and clean, very good value.

Confusing Details
We traveled from Italy and wanted a stop over en route back home. Location is ideal just off the Autoroute The confusing issue is that the web details DO NOT state it is a Campanile Motel. and we had to ask in another hotel in the same road where Sud Vandoeuvre was? they had not heard of it and suggested we try the Campanile opposite to them. It was Campanile, the buildings are in need of decorating outside. the room was clean. The down side was it was a hot day & night there is not air conditioning no curtains to draw only net, so to stop people looking in you need to close the window roller shutters making no air circulation.

Great Overnight stop
It is a motel style property with a good restaurant. Very convenient for the motorway. It is modern and well maintained and was ideal for us to break our journey from The South of France to Cologne.

Good for short stays
Good clean and cheap room for overnight stays. Easy access off main roads but not handy for access to towns. this hotel is in a neighbourhood of university and hospital. Rooms are your typical basic motel style setup. Breakfast was adequate for the day with buffet of pastries fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Great location, shame about the...
For our purposes the hotel is well-situated near the terminus of Nancy's tramline, making it easy to get to the art nouveau sites we were there to see. It's also very close to the ring road. We weren't warned that the restaurant was closed all week, and although there were alternatives nearby, it was inconvenient. Otherwise, we were prepared for Campanile's tendency to supply inappropriate-weight duvets, the wifi worked faultlessly, and all the other details were as expected.

Acceptable, for a reasonable price
The hotel was set among trees, off the main road, quiet and secluded. It was an easy place to get a good night´s sleep. Not fancy, no frills, just the basics. It is a distance from the center of old Nancy and we definitely needed our GPS to direct us. It is a good hotel for a stop over on the way to somewhere else.

Can't fault this Campanile for the money we paid.
We were travelling to Switzerland by car and its locations is perfect - only a couple of minutes from the Motorway. There is a Quick the other side of the hotels so a snack easily available from 10.30 a.m. We will definitely stay here again when on our annual Swiss trip, for the money paid - its a bargain. Clean, comfortable with English speaking receptionist. My only gripe would be 9 euros for breakfast, a bit steep for breakfast buffet hence 4 for Hotel Service.

Stop Over
This was an ideal stop over on our way to Euro Tunnel unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment but the receptionist recomended a restaurant within walking distance that was more than adequate. I would stay there again if I was passing that way just to see more of Nancy.

Nancy Campanile reasonably priced good location
Well priced rooms, We took two, Breakfast seemd a little too expensive so we went to a boulangerie and ate pain du chocolate with coffee. Close to city centre where St Stanislas square is an absolute treasure. Very beautiful, over the top, exquisite architecture. Beside the square are many restaurents. Beware the cheapest is not always as good a deal as it looks we took a E16 table d'hote and they didn't have any of the great things they were advertising. A more expensive one would have been better. Altogether a great stop.

C’est honteux, cafard sous effectif aucune anticipation sur la présence d’un car de touriste qui a littéralement vidé le petit déjeuné, la pauvre réceptionniste qui devait gérer les départs, le réassort, la vaisselle et d’ailleurs elle a gardé le sourire tout le long chapeau à elle Le soir j’ai demandé à changé de chambre à cause des cafard et de l’odeur de tabac froid et en récupérant mes affaires dans l’anciennes la chambre pas faite Bref plus jamais et ça n’a rien avoir avec les chaînes car j’ai déjà séjourné dans des kyriad et cela sait toujours bien passé Il y a clairement un problème de gestion
