“better than the casinos!”
The Springs Condominiums where a great choice for our trip to Mesquite. It was so nice having our own kitchen and living area. THe pool was wonderful and so was the bbq pits. The fully stocked kitchens are stocked well and it was very easy to cook many meals there. I can't wait to come back again! This was way better than staying at the casino hotels.
“Condos are the way to go”
Instead of getting two rooms at the local casino hotels, we found these condos. Very close by to everything, clean, large rooms, great ammenities. we really could ask for more. Had a small pool, playground and a park down the street.
“Mesquite Quality Bargain”
We were extremely satisfied with the accomodations and service at the Springs Condominium Resort. You couldn't beat the price for these type of accomodations! The condo was very roomy, comfortable, clean and in an area away from the main traffic by the casinos. If you don't want to be situated right in the middle of the casinos and you want great accomodations, this is the place to stay! The only negative was trying to adjust the water for showers, as it was way too hot even when turned on cold - if we were staying longer, we would have tried to find assistance with this issue.
“Come prepared”
Very nice condos. Clean and much bigger then we expected from the pictures. My only complaint would have to be that the kitchen was not as stocked as I am use to from staying at other condos. So come prepared. It is in a very nice area. I was able to go running alone and felt very safe. We had a great time and would come back again and again.
“Better than staying at the casinos.”

“Nice getaway..”
The Springs Resort was really nice, instead of staying in a hotel and only having 2 beds we still had 2 beds, 2 baths, laundry facility and a kitchen, it made our girls weekend VERY NICE!!
“Nice Condo”
This is a great condo with two master bedrooms. It would be great for two couples. The pool was out of order though.
