“NOT AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS ON THE WEBSITE”

The room I had (204) was very small. The water flow of the shower was very low and the heating/ac system was incredibly noisy. The staff appear to not want to work there, no smile or interest in the service they are supposed to supply. We were overcharged at breakfast on the first morning and even after we pointed this out to our waitress on the second day, we were overcharged again. DO NOT visit this hotel if it snows. We were woken at 5.00 am on 3 of the 5 mornings of our stay by a snow plough that repeatedly slammed the plough onto the road for around 20 minutes immediately outside the hotel (there was only about 1 inch of snow on the ground) This hotel did not live up to our expectations.
