Nice hotel close to the Marina
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked breakfast but ate in the evening a couple of times as well as the food was very good. The hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean although a little tired in places. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. We were surprised at how full the hotel was. There were many couples with young children and the music at the pool was loud which wasn't really for us. It was a last minute booking for us and although we enjoyed it we prefer a smaller hotel.

Great hotel with amazing food and service
Lovely clean apartments in well maintained grounds with flowering shrubs next to apartments. The apartments had been refurbished to a good standard and were a good size. We had a lounge with a very good double sofa bed which everyone thought was comfortable and easy to fold the main bedroom was cool and comfortable. Tv excellent had lots of English channels. My only small gripe was the wardrobe was not internal refurbished and the shelves were old and dropped out. The other thing I didn't like was the shower tray it seemed to be stone but was looking old and needed to be replaced however the rest of room was very modern clean and nice style. The food was amazing and easily 4 star quality and variety for example we had fresh made pancakes and waffles at breakfast freshly squeezed strawberry juice and kewi along with traditional juices and breakfast options fruit etc. The main meal was seabass, roasted suckling pig, Piallla, lasagne, squid, fresh prawns amazing deserts all tastes catered for etc etc I could go on surfice to say their was variety and taste and changed every day. Also alcohol included at meals plus fizzy drinks. What made our stay was free access to the next door water park. Also entertainment very good team putting a lot of effort into the shows. Lion king was brilliant. Along with outside acts. All staff were helpful and pleasent. Pool nice it is a bit slippy in places round the edges. This is a great place for families. Great staff, great food and clean.

great all round for a budget hotel, recommended
lovely clean and well worth the money. Only downside was even though there was a large selection of food choice almost every night it was the same. twice we decided to eat at a nearby restaurant for variety.

One night stand
Stayed for one night only. Staff at check in helpful and pleasant. First impression of accommodation blocks run down in need of refurbishment. Our room was in block 2 close to Volley ball court. Lounge/kitchen fair size. 2 sofa beds and a TV, fitted wardrobe, table and chairs. Next door the bedroom, fair size again, with 2 small narrow single beds, built in wardrobe and a kitchen dresser (?). Noticed no locks on window or shutters. Bathroom had been updated, very nice except for the shower. The base looked like stone but the edges (butting up to the tiles and glass panels) was filthy, black. I'm sure a touch of a scrubbing brush plus bleach would have cleaned the limescale off. I felt as if I needed to wear a pair of swim shoes in there. Big sized shower though. Breakfast was OK. Plenty of bread choice. Hot selection was so-so. Beans, tomatoes, spicy sausage and a chef cooking eggs of your choice. Cereal, fruit etc was also available. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Overall the place was clean (including the grounds) but I don't think I'd like to stay during the high season.

Don't do it - run down, dirty and unkempt
Cleanliness was terrible around main areas, especially the pool and pool toilets. The properties are so old and run down, the locks don't work properly and the staff are not very friendly. If you tell them you aren't happy with something they become very intimidating. The whole place need completely renovating and only nice part was reception. We made the most of our holiday and did enjoy ourselves and on a brighter note, the location was wonderful, just 5 minutes walk from the harbour and a bus stop right outside the hotel!

Lovely hotel with great entertainment.
Only 2 issues with the hotel: it caters for all inclusive guests so take this option, the wifi is poor and generally unavailable unless you sit in reception.

Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. Rooms nice and cool with the air conditioning but the rooms are in need updating. Enjoyable holiday however.

De accommodatie ziet er erg gedateerd uit. De kamers zijn vrij simpel ingericht en worden niet goed schoongemaakt. De balkons zijn bij de kamers op de begaande grond niet bestaand omdat je dan midden op het looppad zit. We zaten all inclusive en het eten was prima voor de prijs die je er voor betaald.

Cosy atmosphere with small white houses with apartments on two levels. But the pool area was quite noisy and messy with a lot of children running around and playing in the pool. Probably better for families than couples.

gracias por su comentario. la humedad es muy intensa en la isla , se hacen muchos trabajos de mantenimiento para que nuestros clientes no sientan la sensación de humedad. Referente a las sabanas, vienen directamente de la lavandería lavadas y secadas. saludos

Da rivedere la struttura
La struttura ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata ma nel complesso un Buon hotel. Lati positivi: posizione,orari elastici dei pasti e buono staff di animazione. Cibo buono. Lati negativi: camera con box doccia rovinato e in un giorno di pioggia ci si è allagata la stanza. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio x vacanze in famiglia

buenos días , espero que hayan disfrutado de sus merecidas vacaciones. Referente a lo que comenta de los extranjeros decirle que es un hotel internacional , tenemos huéspedes de todas las partes del mundo. Por desgracia el turismo nacional solo se anima en julio o en agosto. El restaurante des de nuestro punto de vista es súper variado la rueda de menús es de 14 días y además están los días especiales con los temáticos por la noche. Comida balear, mejicana y japonesa, que por cierto tiene mucho éxito.

Es un hotel muy bonito, cerca de la playa.
Es un complejo muy verde y bonito con piscina adultos y niños, juegos infantiles y mini golf. Los apartamentos son acogedores aunque necesitan una reforma, están muy limpios, baño reformado fantástico. La comida buffet variado y muy sabroso. El personal del hotel, tanto camareros comedor como camareros bar muy amables y trato cordial, la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria, las niñas encantadas con su casa de la playa. Volveremos.

Nada que ver con las fotos de presentación
Mi pareja y yo reservamos a través de Expedia para 8 noches un apartamento de un dormitorio que decía claramente tener televisión de pantalla plana y wifi. Al llegar al hotel y darnos la llave nada de eso tuvimos. Nos encontramos con una tele pequeña de tubo que tenía únicamente los canales españoles TV1 y Telecinco. Además, nos informaron de que el wifi sólo estaba disponible en la zona comuna, es decir, la entrada. El primer contacto con el "apartamento" fue bastante desagradable. Primero de todo, el baño no tenía nada que ver con el de las fotos. Era totalmente el baño de la abuela viejo y sucio. La cisterna del váter funcionaba fatal. La bañera estaba llena de pelos, no habían barrido el suelo, la cortina de la ducha era vieja y utilizada y más de una de las toallas que nos dieron estaban rotas. El material de la cocina era aceptable, pero viejo y tuvimos que comprar hasta la esponja y el detergente para lavar los platos. Todo esto lo comentamos el día de marcharnos a recepción ya que asumimos que dentro de lo que había era habitable, pero dije que me gustaría haber visto fotos de este apartamento antes de reservarlo, ya que en la página web oficial de Marinda Garden no aparecen por ningún lugar ni la tele vieja de tubo ni el lavabo antiguo de la abuela, a esto sólo me supieron decir que en Expedia tenían las fotos del apartamento premium, pero tampoco en su web oficial están. La verdad es que hemos pagado un dinero demasiado alto por lo que era.

A la ultima de la hora cambio de hotel
Como quereis que digo algo sobre el hotel si cuando llegue al hotel no estava abierto.Nos han puesto en otro hotel que no correspondia en nada a lo que habiamos escogido, con una comida muy mala. Habiamos escogido la opcion todo incluido y al llegar a este hotel no habia nada para comer durante el dia, ningun snack solo 1 bolito o una fruta para los ninos durante la tarde. No estamos nada contente con Hotels.com y vamos a hacer reclamaciones. Como se puede hacer una reservacion sabiando que el hotel no estara abierto, es inadmisible. Pensamos pasar muy buenas vacaciones en un sitio que habiamos escogido durante varias semanas y no fue ek caso...que horror!!!!!!

Las habitaciones todo y estar limpias necesitan muchos areglos se ven muy antiguas ,armarios qe no cierran,interuptores de la luz qe se caen,somier de cama qe le faltan maderas..... el bufet de desayuno con demasiada bolleria y poca fruta el gimnacio apesar de disponer de buenas maqinas esta situado en una habitacion qe parece un armario vamos que se te pasan las ganas de entrar ,un lugar con un poco de vistas seria ideal Todas estas suguerencias son para qe el hotel vaya a mejor ,por qe my estancia a sido agradable y repetiria Nuria

Hotel para familia con hijos pequeños.
Es un hotel k esta muy bien para familias con niños pequeños y k cojan el paq. todo incluido,nosotros somos una familía de 5 con tres hijos mayores y no es lo k buscabamos mucha animación para los más peques y poca tranquilidad.Las instalaciones de los apartamentos son más bien justas y un poco antiguas, la limpieza esta muy bien. Ahora, lo k és excelente és el personal de recepción, nos buscarón una solución y grácias a ellas pasamos unas vacaciones increibles.Muchisimas grácias
