Property is in good shape, rooms are spacious, no coffe maker or tea pot, they provide a coupon to get 1 coffee or tea per person daily at the bar. Breakfast was good, juices excellent and the service outstanding. Not a bad area but not the best.

Location is good, near some nice bars and restaurants. Check in was nice a friendly. Breakfast was ok, all self service, not amazing. Room was ok, old style decor. Things not so good… Air conditioning did not working in room, woke up during the night absolutely roasting. The bed sheets / duvet are cheap polyester, horrible. Pool is falling apart, literally tiles falling off all over the pool. Hotel was absolutely packed with kids from local football team. The noise was constant! Pool unusable due to being packed with kids. Exchanged some money, rate was not good, but needs must. Woke up one morning to window cleaners battering against the window as they worked. I’ve had this in other hotels, but staff usually give the curtesy of letting you know it will gaping during stay / next day. Overall - really disappointing stay. Said to staff about the place being like a school, and they just laughed On checkout, staff really not bothered

This property should not bear the Sheraton brand. The hotel should have been renovated years ago, the furniture, walls and floor of the aisles and rooms are visible dirty (the carpets has not been cleaned in years). The phones are at least 30 years old and internet service is not existent. But the absolutely worse is the lack of service from the front desk personnel. To management clean up your act - do not make any excuses.

Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, location was central and walking distance to quite a lot of options. The pool was falling apart a bit, tiles were coming off and hot tub was not hot but served its purpose and kept my 7 year old busy and therefore us happy. :)

They were great. I even got sick, went down to the 2nd floor exercise facilities where they take a person's pulse/temperature. Once they found something abnormal, a doctor was called and staff remained with me. They were so calm and professional.

Comfortable, good location!
Good stay. Good location, friendly welcome, quick checkin, rooms clean and comfortable. Two luggage stands per room would be lovely. All hotels need this.
