Beautiful hotel, very fancy lobby area. Our room was a deluxe room and it was much more than I expected. Tastefully decorated; no expense spared! Great location.
“simply my favorite hotel”
i can't say enough about the staff at the executive hotel. i always stay here when i'm in mendoza and i always have a great experience. located across the street from the italian plaza, it is central to everything, with great restaurants within blocks. anything you need, the staff aims for your satisfaction. They all speak english as well as spanish, and their professionalism is as good as any hotel three times as much... the rooms are spacious and clean, and the king sized bed is a joyous overkill. they also have the best breakfast of all the hotels i have stay at in argentina... give credit where credit is due. this place delivers and the staff is what makes it so special.

Highly recommended, yearning to come back. The best place to stay in Mendoza from every possible perspective, location, service, cost, facilities, staff, etc.
“Switched to the Diplomat”
We found the Diplomat to be a well run and polished, upper grade hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Because they moved us, they comped WiFi, and I would have found the normal charge ($US12 per day) to be a nuisance and penny pinching for a premier hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and very close to a collection of good restaurants. The free wine tasting of one label was pleasant, although some of the wines were "entry level" and not the quality we expected.

“Ok hotel but some issues.”
The hotel was Ok, nothing fancy but very functional and good location close to downtown. The bathroom needs attention as there is a terrible smell emanating from it. Breakfast was included and it was most acceptable although nothing out of the ordinary. Wifi was also included but in some rooms the signal is not very strong forcing some customers to go downstairs to get a strong enough signal. Staff was pleasant and of service.
