I would not call it a Hotel I would call it a Bed and Breakfast. It was very clean, and the manager was efficient and curtious. Nice breakfast and wine and cheese in the afternoon.

“Wonderful night away”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn. We were welcomed right away and found that there was off-street parking in the back of the inn. Our room was quiet, roomy and comfortable even though the inn was on Highway One, the main road through Fort Bragg. There was a list of restaurant menus in the sitting room and two recommendations of places to eat by the owner. The location was excellent and we could walk to the downtown area easily. We found the best pizza in a small pub that is a local favorite with great prices, wine and draught beer. The breakfast the next day was home-made and delicious. We would definitely return to the Country Inn. It's an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price!

“Family comfort and close to everything!”

What a comfortable place - and so welcoming! Not "in-your-face" welcoming, just enough to make you feel at home. The tub was a bit tricky to deal with as I am use to showers, but we made it work. I appreciate the flexibility of the proprietor to accomodate us. THank you and see you again! (AND, children are welcome!)

Country Inn is a lovely bed and breakfast inn. The house is beautifully decorated, nicely furnitured, the rooms are clean and convenient. We had the chance to stay there for 5 nights and enjoyed each day. The owner is very kind and prepares a delicious and varied breakfast. I can recommend the Country Inn and I am looking forward to come back. It was a good choice!

“Comfortable and Affordable”

The Country Inn B&B is a nice little place within walking distance of all the local shops and the beach. Our room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we were pleased with the respectable breakfast that was served both mornings. If you are a seasoned B&B traveler, this is not your typical inn with fancy antiques and tons of froo froo. If you want that, then go pay double the price elsewhere.

“Our First Bed and Breakfast”

Since this was our first experience at a bed and breakfast, I can't compare it to others. We loved the very soft (many thread count) sheets and the feather comforter. Breakfast was very good and beautifully presented. My husband may have liked a little more to eat.

Nice quiet place walking distance from a terrific neighborhood bar -- Tip Top Lounge. We love you Josh! You were the best bartender ever. The breakfast was stellar. My dream of life is a Bed and Breakfast that is not frufy -- This is not that -- but the price was right and it was clean and comfortable. Terrific mattrass.

Well located in Main Street Fort Bragg. 5 minutes driving from Mendocino. Good option.
