We did not feel safe here. When we would leave the property we made sure to take all our stuff with us. When we returned the first night, our keys did not work, and someone else's stuff was in our fridge. People were loud til all hours of the night. We did not feel safe there.

Do not stay here. It is full of pimps, prostitutes & drug dealers, all behind locking fences and gates. Not safe.

This property is not as described. It needs cleaning better. People all out drinking and smoking weed. No refrigerators nor microwaves and front desk don't even want to give out extra towels. This place is a low budget motel and if you have kids please don't stay here. Did not feel safe at all.

Woke up to a homeless person eating trash out of the trash can outside our room. Absolutely filthy and gross. Lock in room was busted from door being kicked in. Stay away

Expedia shd drop this property being listed on ur database. The manager is the most obnoxious person u wd ever meet. Very rude. We stayed at this property n we were woken up by an intruder at 4:00AM. He wanted to rob us. I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk. It was DEAD. That phone did not have any service. To our good luck the intruder left. If we had opened the door, I don’t know what would have happened to us. This is a horrible place that needs to b closed down for the benefit of all. I will NEVER stay here.

I consider this a nice place to stay. It's quiet and walkable, close to McDonalds and Walgreens. I recommend to improve the maintenance of the bathrooms amenities.

Staff was nice and room kind of ok but I don't know why nobody in the reviews talks about the unsafe environment around the property, I felt very unsafe and preferred to leave, would like to have canceled and choose other place, nothing happened to me but I didn't feel safe.

It’s nice remolded. Not located in the best area so be careful. Cheap close to Beale st. The tv didn’t work and looked like someone threw something at it

I've Had Better
The beds were old and uncomfortable. There were no pillows for the second bed and the two that were there were inadequate. The bedspread was as thin as the sheet. The toilet seat was very loose. No microwave or refrigerator. The property was surrounded by a security fence and access to the room was hy room key only. It felt like prison.

Staff: nice and helpful. As for the property, in my first room, the fire alarm went off when the heat was on; burning smell. I had to change rooms. The second room had very bad odor, roaches. I was also told not to go to the store or fast food restaurant across the street because the area wasn't safe. Loud arguing going on late in one of the other hotel rooms.

Nice stay here for the COGIC convocation. Hotel could do with better WiFi as got no signal in room and also iron and ironing board would be ideal. Apart from that everything else was good.

Had to change rooms after the first one they gave me was dirty. Found hair in the sink and dust all over the floor. Then in the new room the bedsheets had long strands of women’s hair scattered around. I asked for a change in sheets and was told there are none available. Front desk staff was kind but incompetent. The area is also filled with sketchy people standing outside of Walgreens and Exon.

I ordered 2 double beds. I received 2 full size beds. I called the front desk and they said that they dont have double beds. Only king and full size. I told him that i had ordered 2 doubles from online. Also this room was totally infested with roaches. I tried to get a picture and video but they were too fast and crawled inside the tv and direct tv cable box. My wife is extremely allergic to roaches and broke out in a rash.
