I needed a place near the airport. I picked this one originally because it had a shuttle to the airport though I ended up not needing it. The hotel was quiet - though there were some people with very loud vehicles about 10 pm, but it was quite before and after that. Very clean. Friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast but I had to leave by 4:30 am.

I reserved the 5:30am airport shuttle, they called my room 10 minutes before and woke up my friend I was outside at 5:30 and the front desk told me the shuttle had already left and could take me at 6am. I had to wait for an Uber and pay $20 although I was ready at the right time. Also checkin had a line almost out the lobby door and they only had one person on staff so we waited about an hour

It is not the most safe area but the security and the locked fence and gate for the vehicles make me feel better. The staff is all really nice and I have no complaints about the hotel just the area.

Cement factory behind the facility starts work early (around 6 am) and some of that noise was heard even on the 5th floor in our room facing tne cement plant. Great overall location for accessing Memphis. Free shuttle service to Graceland was unexpected. A bit disappointed that there was no fruit offered at breakfast.

Waited an hour at airport for shuttle after calling. Hotel smelled of weed in hallways. Electrical outlets didn’t work well in the room, and ironing board fell apart and iron was broken. Neighborhood was not great, according to a Lyft driver who gave me a ride.

Door didn't want to work the first 5 times we tried it... The room heater/AC was super noisy and when they say breakfast is until 9 they mean 845 and you better rush as they are picking trays of food up and throwing them away at exactly 9

Only thing nice is the gated parking with roving security… which I don’t think is necessarily a good requirement to have either, but if you need it then you need it. Rooms looked okay but several roaches located in the room the next morning. Got in at 1am and crashed immediately… after going to breakfast went back up to grab bags and flicked on the bathroom lights to see them all over the walls. Spoke to front desk and was told pest control would come look and report back… and if the found something we might get a refund or partial? Front desk was nice… won’t be back though.

This property is located within close proximity of the road, it is quite loud even over the noise of an air conditioner and tv. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front doors did not close, there was no soap in the room and breakfast was terrible. Would recommend that you spend a few extra dollars in a better neighborhood.
