I booked an IHG property, I suddenly realized it was the wrong location. I cancelled immediately & rebooked at this property. I wasn’t refunded, so I ended up paying approx $400 for a 1 night stay. However, the actual stay was pleasant, although I’m bitter about the nonnegotiable outcome.

Awesome hotel
Our stay at this hotel was awesome. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous. The lobby and room, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed staying here, and would come back.

The air conditioning unit vibrated all night long. We didn’t get any sleep. Also, the bathroom commode is lower than other comparable facilities.

Nice hotel. Would stay here again!
Very nice hotel with modern decor throughout the hotel and in the room. My room was clean, and my only complaint was the A/C had trouble keeping up with the hot temps outside. I used the fitness room, laundry, and ate at the restaurant and everything worked out great. I’d highly recommend for anyone flying in/out of Memphis airport.

They hotel was updated and great as for the room and bedding. However some of the staff lack control on their customers. It was a large crowd with a lot of young kids. While in the indoor pool area the bigger kids was driving over smaller kids including mine. Their parents was sitting outside drinking and smoking. While their children ran wild. I went to report it to the front desk and the young man stated that other parents have complained also,but felt to ask the parents to controlled their children are exit the pool. I had to get my kids and leave out due to the environment. I was upset due to being in town for that night and my children couldn’t enjoy the pool. Also no free breakfast! It is a restaurant inside the hotel the menu is reasonable price.

They Give You the WOW Factor
This hotel is excellent. It was extremely clean. The staff was outstanding in every way. We ate breakfast in the dining room. Edna was adorable, cordial and added that extra special warmth that travelers need. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!
