Our bed sheet had black hairs on it. Apparently sheets were not changed. Rooms very small & not much room to walk between foot of bed & bureau.

No cleaning service. Room was very, very small. Floor was not very clean. Check in was extremely slow. General manager was not pleasant. Convenient location, but will not stay there again.

During the four nights I stayed at the hotel, the room wasn't cleaned once. The breakfast was not particularly vegetarian friendly; omelets were on the menu but contained meat. Cereal was available but no milk. For the price this was reasonable accommodation if a bit charactless.

While my car was parked overnight in the hotel parking lot, it was one of 13 cars that criminals were able to smash windows and break into. I will never stay here again and will warn others not to do so.

Service was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well kept. Being able to enjoy hot showers are always appreciated. Breakfast had a good selection. The fruit, coffee, and tea were always available in the lobby. I liked how convenient the location was to good Eats, Shopping, and Tourist spots. Finally the ample parking was nice

There was a terrible smell in the hotel. It smelled like mold and mildew. The first room they gave me the smell was extremely strong. The next room they gave me after I complained smelled better but not by much. If it was not for the fact that my car broke down so I was forced to stay on this hotel with all of my belongings I never would have stayed the three days until my car was fixed. The hotel was so grimy I refused to even attempt to eat the free breakfast.

The bed was pretty rough. Even with spring mattress, you shouldn’t be able to feel the springs through the mattress. But the staff were so helpful, and hospitality is an obvious focus!

NO GOOD STAY HERE!
I liked staying with Hampton Inns, but this stay was horrible. It was like staying in a motel room, but paying a 5 star hotel price. I reserved two rooms, but the front desk could not find my reservation for one of them. I asked why one room had no closets? I was told that the Hotel was remodeled and that's the way the rooms are. In reality, I was in handicapped room and was not told that at the front desk. Our bed had BED-BUGS and I was bitted multiple times. The price of the rooms increased substantially over the four day period, from $140 to an increased of over $200 per night and we were not informed of this. The staff was unprofessional in my opinion. One positive note was that the breakfast was good, but the seating was limited.

We arrived around 10:30 after traveling since 4. When we got to our room, it hadn’t even been clean. I was actually scared someone was in the room at first. It took quite a bit of time to get another room. The room smelled like mold. The toilet rocked. The bed were off/slanted maybe from use. The breakfast lady was rude. We were going for a college visit and I honestly will not be using this hotel in the future.

About what was expected.
Saw a cocroach or 2 in the room. A couple hairs (small) on the bed. Room was kind of run down. Ac worked great, bed was average. Nothing special. Service was good, got checked in early. Area is hard since you are near a main road on one side and a highway on another so lots of car noise.
