“great place to stay”
Staff was always friendly and helpful.

we were at a wedding which this hotel was iust right for our families the staff took good care of us.....Also the hotel was right close to a major street hospital. gas station, not to far to go anywhere one needed .they also had a free computer , fresh fruit out all day would stay at this location again

“Enjoyed our stay”
This hotel was a little further then we would liked it to have been from Graceland, but it was in a good neighborhood. It was a nice hotel and we felt safe.
“Quiet and comfortable.”
Great location for our purpose of taking NCIDQ at Christian Brothers High School. Would also be wonderful for anyone visiting Baptist Hospital. Quiet and away from heavy traffic near shopping areas. Great breakfast. Comfortable lobby. Some remodeling and painting were going on, but presented no problem. Convenience store, service station with car wash, Wendy's and sushi restaurant within walking distance. Nice shaded outdoor sitting area. We were very pleased.
“Wonderful Experience”
We spent 2 nights in this hotel and were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the overall look of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Everyone was so friendly and eager to be of service to you. We would definitely stay there again.
“Very Welcoming”
The staff was very efficient and kind. When I checked in in the evening there were cookies waiting. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel was very easy to find. The bed was comfortable and I was given plenty of pillows.
“KNOW WHAT DO NOT DISTURB SIGN MEANS !!”
We had reservations through expedia. I decided to go the night before as well since my husbands plane from Africa (basically was 2 day LONG travel home) was landing so early, no problems I got the room they had assigned to us for the next night. PROBLEM.He was exhausted,.long travel trip in, and DO NOT DISTURB sign put on door, we received a call "are you checking out today"? then 2 hrs later..A knock on the door by a supervisor "are you checking out today"? Suggestion to the employees, LOOK at the reservation sheet, read the do not disturb sign,was very upset we were disturbed, My husband needed to sleep and rest NOT BE DISTURBED....
“Good for the money”
Well my only complaint is that there was a dark hair on one of the folded towels on the counter. I immediately threw it on the floor to get a new one. The next day after the maid cleaned the room the towel was back on the counter folded with the same dark hair on it. Made me wonder if they really changer everything since they obviously didn't change that towel. Other then that good price, friendly staff and great location.
“Good, clean, comfortable, just what I needed.”
The hotel was well located to the showgrounds where I was attending a horse show. Nice area, a tad hard to find, but clean, quiet and had good service. Others stayed at other hotels but I was very happy with this one.
