“The hotel is not in the best of areas but it is close to everything and the price was good.”

They were under remodeling wile we were there but we had no interruptions. The staff was very nice. Its not a fancy place but if you are on a tight budget and you have kids they do have game on the TV for them and the rooms are cheep. The hotel is located close to everything.

staff very helpful and when the ac quit working in our room they immediately got us another room. the hotel and room are mediocre and need to be remodel but overall an okay place to stay

with in a year time it went down hill. was not what it was in 2004.

“Satisfactory”

The hotel was going through a renovation, so it was a little of an eye sore. The overall friendliness of the staff was great. The room was satisfactory. I would recommend the hotel stay if you are on a budget.

“Convenient to airport but nothing special”

The free shuttle service is nice, and I've definitely stayed in worse places. But we just needed a place to stay for an overnight layover, so we weren't very picky. If I had been on vacation I wouldn't have even considered it. Decently clean, somewhat old and not very comfortable. The beds weren't great and the A/C didn't work very well. It was also very noisy at night.

“Won't stay there again”

Not up to the quality of the Comfort Inn brand. Rooms smelled like stale smoke and walls had holes and needed paint.

“OK for the money”

No frills, but a clean room near the airport. Friendly staff, but no snack machine and bare-bones breakfast buffet. Not in a location ideal for families, and there are no "extras." Good bargain for the business traveler.

“Good location. Not too fancy. Nice staff”

Hotel is in not the nicest area but not rough. Close to industrial area and airport. Room was not fancy but not real bad either. Staff was very polite but would be nice if the management would update their check-in process. They still used the old slider for credit card. I would stay again but I would also know to not expect too fancy. For the money and one night a good place since it is close to Graceland, airport and quick access to downtown.

“Comfort Inn”

Room Interior and service are below average. Room didn't even get done in one of the 5 days I stayed there. I have stayed at other Comfort Inc before, this is the worser one. I'd not recommend this hotel.

“Not impressed”

The room was clean, but the service was mediocre and I wasn't comfortable in the neighborhood.
