“Superb Melbourne hotel”
I would highly recommend the Westin Hotel in Melbourne. The staff were fabulous, the room was excellent snd the hotel is in a very good position on the corner of Collin and Swanston Street. Allegros restaurant served excellent food and I certainly would stay there again once I am back in Melbourne. The hotel has an excellent pool and fitness room as well, The hotel is very conveniently situated to the tram lines as well as Flinders Street Railway Station. Certainly a hotel I can't wait to go back to.

...wonderful layout of a room away from home...staff was excellent...could not have been nicer...as i mentioned, my luggage never arrived and the employees there showed concern and promised to update me if my luggage did show up...

“excellent Hotel”
We (family of three) just stayed at the Westin Melbourne for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The hotel is great. On arrival they gave our seven year old a kids welcome pack! the staff were very friendly and the Concierge Service very useful. Would stay here again.
“City escape”
The wife and I decided to have a little getaway in the city of Melbourne and we chose the westin hotel. It's location is perfect right in the heart of the city, we had cafe's, restaurants and shops right at the door step, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were terrific as we never were bothered by them and the staff in the lobby were a pleasure to deal with at check out.

The hotel was centrally located and very convenient. Recently renovated, the rooms are fantastic and luxurious.We had a city view room and it was pleasant although a tad pricey. We had a 5 year old child and the extra bed was certainly one of the best set-ups we have seen. It was also very comfortable and plush.

This is a 5-star hotel in every sense of the word. The service is the best I have experienced in Australia and am only sorry that I couldn't spend more time.

Loved the hotel its location is perfect and the staff went out of their way to be helpful during our entire stay. The rooms were spacious with good attention to detail, breakfast had varied choices and Martini Lounge has to be visited once during a stay fantastic cocktail list and great ambiance. One thing the Westin has going for it is its staff they go that extra mile.
