My bed was so smiley everything on bed was horrible smell like someone slept in the bed for a month it was so bad I could sleep contacted front day some came and changed but stink was still horrible one day they just came up and sprayed the bed was even worse like pesticides Bathroom sink was cracked Carpet was so dirty my new slippers were solid black on bottom After a couple of weeks they moved my room not much better I was there for about 20 days than could take it for the last three day I they made me pay for one more night ripe off I would go out every morning and come back at about 1:30 and room was never cleaned i would have to wait in hall Hotel was very old and showed it Worst hotel I ever stayed in Staff on front desk were not helpful at all

Very nice corner room on the second floor. Queen Victoria Market ( a must see) only a 2 minute walk away, very walkable location. Wonderful staff. Only negative was that our rental car was broken into while parked at the recommended off site lot. The front desk staff and MOD were very caring and helpful assisting us through the process. A bit dated. The shower water seeped under the glass all over the floor which was a slipping hazard not to mention messy. Went to have a coffee and there were no coffee mugs available so we had it in a glass. However, every staff member I had contact with was extremely pleasant. Super friendly. Hotel just needs a little update.

Although I arrived early, I was able to check in straight away and was upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor. It was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of made to order eggs, but I found the dinner options were fairly limited so didn't eat in the restaurant.
