The staff were very friendly. It was a cold night and staff had the heater on In my room when I checked in which I thought was lovely of them. The only thing I’d suggest is better hot water system and more munchies in the mini bar.

A happy stay
The facilities are good, it is in an area which is very convenient . The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there is no lift. If you are Strong and can carry your luggage upstairs it Is ok, If you have a great deal of luggage and are not strong it is not so convenient . A staff member helped me.which was greatly appreciated.

The rooms were amazing, filled with all you could need and in walking distance to plenty of shops for anything else you could need. Being on busy flemington road, it can get noisy over night but thats easy to get past.

Need a room near Royal Melbourne hospital, I am not a high standard person , but room really dated and very noisy traffic at night , bathroom fan and air conditioning also created big noise.

Wonderful large room.
Very spacious room with king bed and full kitchenette (only no dishwasher). Good breakfast cafe (M-F) a block away; also close to an IGA grocery store and a decent Chinese restaurant. And very close to a tram stop. Only bad service item was I had to call a number because of arriving after hours.

We chose this place because close to hospital. Requested late check out because of husband in hospital, they obliged. I even asked to pay extra day parking in garage and they obliged. Very helpful towards me. Only negative was the stairs.

Location is excellent. It has a family friendly feel which is great for young families. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable. The wifi was intermittent at times especially over the Christmas period. The water temperature was reallly hot which was a bit dangerous for kids. No ramp at the front is tricky for prams

Previous reviews were correct with location/ convenience, reasonable standard but shower recess needs some work on the discolouration- not mould I m talk by the front desk. Could stay here again

My only issue is that Ground Floor is not really ground floor due to the entrance being down the side street which drops away from Flemington Rd. It caused difficulties due to our mobility problems, having steps to the 'front door' and another flight of 9 steps to the ground floor. No complaints at all about the apartment.
