5/5 Excellent
"This place is absolutely fantastic! The views of the calderas are unparalleled and the service is 5 stars. Is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended! "
"From the moment I arrived (8 AM!), Romina, the reception manager did her best to make me feel welcome. While I was not able to get an early check-in, and understandably so, she made sure that I got properly fueled with the hotel's amazing breakfast spread comprised of local Greek favorites and all the typically American breakfast staples, all with an extremely attentive wait staff. The onsite restaurant equally impressed me. Swordfish for dinner and the Maitre d'Hotel dessert recommendation paired with the local vin santo made it a truly delightful dining experience. And the housekeeping staff kept my chambre fresh and super comfortable everyday. The views! You must stay here for the luxurious experience that seems to to exceed the cost.
