“Decent hotel for $ in east end of Medicine Hat”

Next to large mall and TransCanada Highway and all kinds of choices for eating. Not as nice as the Comfort Inn in Red Deer which we really liked. Functional hotel but not really a "destination". Beds a bit hard.

“Not bad at all.”

The rooms were nice and clean but we had a sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable bujt other than that everything was fine.

“A great weekend overall”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Medicine Hat Alberta. The staff went above and beyond. they were helpful, polite and approachable. The full breakfast was very good especially as some members of our family had gluten issues and could not eat toast, muffins, cereal. the only downside was the cost charged for pets: $25/night/pet. Other hotels charge a $10 fee/ night. I would not be against $25 for multiple pets but not for each pet! It was too high a charge. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if this charge was lowered a bit.

“Medicine Hat True Comfort at Comfort Inns”

Love staying here. It's convenient and the front desk staff are fantastic and very accomodating. The Fitness Facility is adequit but could use a new stationary bike. The side door mag locks are impossible so use the main entrance.

“Not up to my usual expectations of a Comfort Inn”

I prefer to stay in Choice Hotels when I travel. Great value for the money. This one is relatively new, but the pool was closed and under repair. Window in the room was difficult to open and the room was stifling hot even on a cool day. There was air conditioning of course, but to keep the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature, I had to keep it on all night, non stop. Front desk staff wasn't as friendly as I've come to expect at Comfort Inns. Breakfast was excellent and the person running the breakfast was very good at the job.
