I stay at the hotel every time I go to Grants Pass I won’t stay anywhere else. The rooms are always clean, the hallways are clean and the property is always in tip top shape.Everyone at the desk are friendly and very willing to accommodate. The price is very reasonable. I’m in town every other month and there are never any issues I would highly recommend staying here

The property has been upgraded and staff was friendly but had to navigate stairs with suitcases..and I was on the first floor! No elevator. Not easy when you are a 75 year old woman traveling alone. Nice TV but no guide on the set or printed.

I was very comfortable there. The doors are internal, which was important to me. The property seemed to be well taken care of. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We were very impressed with the location with being within walking distance to a restaurant and on and off the freeway. Our room was so nice. Comfortable bed The only little complaint that we have is the heater was a little noisy. We would definitely recommend

For your own safety, please stay clear!!
Shortest hotel stay EVER!!!!! Right after check-in, we were met in the parking lot by someone who appeared to be a vagrant. At first he seemed harmless, but during the course of the interaction, he brandished a forearm rambling about locals slashing tires of vehicles in the parking lot. We immediately brought this experience to the attention of the desk clerk who committed to resolving the matter. Ulitimately, we were told that the police did NOT believe that the person who spoke to us was in possession of a firearm. Following much conversation with the desk clerk and Otto from Hotels.com, we were were credited our room rate and we chose to relocate to another hotel a couple of miles away. The worst part about this situation is that the hotel was filled with high school students in town for a wrestling tournament, none of whom were made aware of the incident. I advise that you stay clear of this property since the person who approached us is a regular patron.
