“Good vacations”
Excellent! It´s a confortable place with nice people

I booked my hotel through Expedia at the last minute and when I arrived at hotel, my room was immediately ready for me to check-in. Staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Great hotel!

Without services that drived me to book there such as wireless. Not good at cleanliness. Not good breakfast quality and variety.

I wanted to upgrade and the difference in rate was ridiculously high! The a.c. was not even working and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they didn't really do much about it. My child and I were sweating for at least two hours before the a/c started working. There were so many rooms empty so I don't know why they couldn't just move us to another room. At checkout the staff member was extremely rude. I asked for a receipt, she made a face and then told me that I had already gotten one. Just print out another one!! What's the big deal??

The bed wasn't comfortable and the shower had hairs in it. Everything else was all right.

I made a mistake when i booked the room, I check the field "smoking room" instead of "no smoking". I asked at the front desk if they could give me a non smoking room (it's the same price) and they wouldn't because it was already booked "in the system". My baby girl (6 months) was sick and I needed a non smoking room, so I lost my money and I had to look for another hotel.
