Motel instead of hotel.
No hot water during part of the stay. Heater quit functioning after the first night. The management team was pleasant but they were not able to address the problem. Overall, the hotel is in fact in "motel" condition. The property needs to be sold to a discount motel company.

DEMOLISH IT - New hotel is under construction
The rooms are out dated and worn down. Front door didn't shut properly and you could tell the bed had seen its days. The new hotel is being built behind the current location and looks to be 1,000 times better.

I was there for a bowling tournament. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds could use new mattresses though. All in all well worth what we paid for.

This is an older property. It does not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The breakfast included hot and cold items.

You get what you pay for.
The hotel is an old hotel. You have to know that going in. It's clean, and it looks like it just got a paint job. Breakfast was pretty basic , but it has excellent places to go eat breakfast on either side.

This place has seen better days- avoid it.
Noisy, old, rust in the bath. Dirty carpets. No towels day 2. Rooms face the back of a run down Dennys and a sleazy sports bar. Very noisy when the patrons leave at 2am. I would have walked out immediately if I had not pre paid. If you want a nice place to stay avoid this place. The desk clerk blatantly lied to me when I asked for a 1st floor place and said they were all full. Put me on 3rd . The place was 10% occupied at best and put me in a horrible 3rd floor outward facing room. Horrible experience. I shall be telling my colleagues to avoid this place. What a dump.

Great location on 10th street. So many restaurant
Simple and cozy room, no frills. No small fridge, no microwave. There is a coffee, iron and ironing board. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The black out curtains are wonderful.

Didn't like that it was behind the Denny's. Looked like there was mold on the walls of the bathroom. No fridge or microwave. For the name of the hotel I thought it would be better than what it was.

The building was old and definitely could use some upgrades. A coat of paint on the walls would do wonders. The room was clean though and the bed was very comfortable. Those are the two things that I find most important.

Old but homey
The hotel are older however the worker cares greatly about the hotel. They take care. The hotel are building a new one. I highly recommended this hotel staff are great and price is very reasonable.

Nice Hotel, Great Value.
This is an older hotel, but it's clean and the staff is GREAT, and the price is right. They have a good hot breakfast. Close to downtown. Plenty of restaurants, and lots of shopping close by. I stay here often, and I always have a good experience. There is usually a member of the staff out and about, so I always feel safe.

not as fine as I spected.
Key cards didn't work had change them 3 times, I was on their 2nd floor had to use escalators to get to my room outside doors had to carry everything for my dinner after 11 hours working, had no micriwave, no frige, found out that I had ask for it. Look them same food for 11 days like poder eggs, sosage and potatoes every single day never change their hot food, you need to change that at least every 2 days.

Good location!
When we were there for two days we didn't have a room key. We had to bother the staff to let us in every time we went out. That was an inconvenience for us and for them. But they were always very cheerful about it. The breakfast could improve a little. When they ran out of things, they were not replaced right away, we had to wait a good while, i.e., they never had enough mix ready for the waffles. An alternate between sausage links and bacon would be great.
