I can't tell you what I really think, but I did cut my stay very short. You would've as well if drug addicts were pounding on your door at 2 in the morning looking for a fix.

“Poor and Bad Experience”

This hotel is too expensive for the conditions of the rooms, no locks on windows, no locks on doors, the carpet is not clean, the water has a special taste like a water from a deposit. I won't use this hotel again

“Won't be staying here again”

At the price we were paying, I did not expect luxury but I did expect a decent hotel, but instead got a room that had water marks in the ceiling, the furniture was old and dented and the beds had bedding that did fullly cover the box. We had no towels when we arrived. One of the cleaning ladies came later to give us clean towels. I only stated here b/c we already had reservations, but I will make sure never to stay here again in my visits to the valley.

Room wasn't clean at all. Dirty sheets....blankets with blood....hair on the sheets....was really awful.

“Disappointed”

The room was not clean, we saw some stain on bed and the bathroom also was not clean and also I found an inappropriate and discriminating phrase for Mexicans in the bathroom door. I don't need to clarify I'm Mexican. I did not feel comfortable in this hotel, I cancelled the second reservation I made as soon as I returned back.

The hotel was dirty, we requested a non smoking room, we got a smoking room and the when we complain at front desk the person in charge just said: "It is not my fault if people smoke in the room", there was some roaches on the bathroom, the bathroom towels were dirty and with blood spots, The mattres was really old and smell really bad. The glass of the window was broken. On the room we originally got before we were moved to a different one the lights were broken. That was the worst experience I have had in a Hotel in my life. !!!!!! I WILL NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION AGAIN AT LA COPA HOTEL !!!!!
