Extremely dirty hotel, humid air conditioning and smelly rooms. Our room was not cleaned, found old toothbrush under b3d when trying to find dropped chap stick.

The pool unfortunately was closed because someone had crashed into the wall, the door knob to the closet was broken and knob was hanging, room smelled moldy

This property needs an upgrade. My room was damp smelling, with a toilet that broke down during my stay and a shower that was old, with rusty water running out one morning. My room was not serviced for three days, and I had to get replacement coffee and amenities from the front desk. The breakfast was fine, and staff friendly and accommodating. But the place felt old and unimproved.

$100 deposit per guest, Without knowing! First room 229 was absolutely dirty (bathroom dried urin around toliet base and meldew in shower), jacuzzi built-up soap scum (my hand was white after a simple wipe). Second room, #129.. meldew/musk snell, ceiling above jacuzzi needs replaced. Hotel lacks maintenance!!! Outside, trash cans over filled, 2 night stayed they were never emptied, nor trash on grounds picked up

The online pictures are deceiving. The entry upgrade is deceiving. The rooms are terrible health wise. The environment smell and feel was not healthy. We couldn’t put our finger on it until the morning we were checking out. Eyes itchy, nostrils burning, throat scratchy, sneezing. My husband broke out in a rash. Allergy medication was needed. The night before check out we sat on the chair which was clammy. In the morning we saw mold. The stay was uncomfortable and terrible. Leaving our health at risk!

I would not recommend staying here. The outside looks nice but the inside is not comfortable and it’s old. It smells like mold and you don’t feel clean. I had a bad experience.

This comfort inn was so gross. They made it out like it was brand new in the pics but reality it’s old and was remodeled in 2015. Smells terrible and not clean!

When I booked the room I booked a king bed and got two double queen beds instead which is fine, but I called to check the reservation and never heard or saw about the $100 deposit you have to leave at check in and then you don’t even get it back for 3-4 business days plus online they say there pet friendly as well but guess what there’s also a $25 pet fee a night that’s not pet friendly.. won’t use this place again

As we arrived to the hotel it looked abandoned and we thought it was closed. The parking lot was empty. We had a real unsafe feeling from the minute we arrived. Noone was at the front desk and the lobby was dark and dingey. The front desk person was nice but not real friendly. We asked for a refund and were treated with shock that we did not feel safe at this hotel. We left and stayed at another location. Prefered to pay for 2 hotels than stay at this location.

Great Stay
The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeper always available and helpful. The breakfast lady was gentle and helpful. The only complain I would have would be the lady on the front desk. She was not friendly. She did her job but unfriendly.
