“Great experience!!”

I was extremely satisfied during my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites McAllen. Roy and the staff were really helpful and professional, at the front desk. The hotel was really clean. Breakfast was okay but enough to satisfy someone's hunger. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

“confirmed but not”

i can not write anything about this hotel because i did not stay there on april 7, 2012. i do have a reservation from expedia with confirmation with the hotel but when i got there, they cannot find my name. i spend about three hours calling expedia but they cannot figure what went wrong, so i end up staying to a different place. my own money. sad sad sad.

“Very Nice!”

all was very nice and room clean, staff seen very busy and rush and over worked but it was new years eve but i could feel the regency in them, not a bad thing just something i notice...

“Great stay in a reasonable cost ...”

This hotel has been my home every time that I was in MacAllen, the people is so kind, the stay was very pleasing. If you go to shoping in MacAllen, The Hampton Inn is an excelent option at very competitive price.
