Amanda, at the front desk, was professional, welcoming and genuinely kind and hospitable. Qualities rarely experienced in the hospitality industry anymore. The hotel was full when we stayed and I observed her being courteous and helpful while addressing challenges related to reservations of a group of oil and gas workers requiring extra assistance! As for our room; the two queen beds were clean and comfortable. The room’s bathroom fan was inoperable and the tub was very slow draining while showering. The workout room was also out of order due to water damage from a water pipe rupture from the last freeze. My teenage son enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We traveled with our small dog without any problems. Overall, an average experience but wanting to take into consideration their staff was dealing with being sold out for at least the two nights we were there. Side note, the Gourmet Chinese Buffet directly across the highway from the hotel was excellent! I’m not normally a buffet fan but my family all enjoyed fresh, hot dinner options after a day of hiking at Robbers Cave State Park!

Great customer service. Comfy bed. Hot water in shower with perfect water pressure. Large TV with lots of viewing channels.

Large room, including sitting area. Nice beds and pillows. Newer motel. Very good breakfast.
Noisy and minimal areas to walk dogs.

THE ROOM WAS HALF CLEAN. I NOTICED THAT THE MAIDS WERE YOUNG AND INE XPERIENCED. ONW MAID HAD HER CHILD WITH HER.
