we have stayed at this hotel several times. 5 stars every time. Especially love the Christian music in the lobby.

“Great stay”

We had the King Suite with the jacuzzi. Great room, friendly staff and a wonderful stay. We will be back !!!

“You'll like it!”

Nicely appointed rooms, good facilities, great service (we had a few special requests), excellent breakfast buffet with made-to-order waffles, and some surprises (washer & dryer available, hydro-spa, etc). Our two night stay was near perfection.

“Not impressed”

We arranged our reservations for the first time thru Expedia. We normally go to Comfort Suites for our annual trip to Mcaslester OK from Hawaii. But I made the plans and tried this on line. I was looking for a two bedroom suite because our daughter/baby grandson were going. We were visiting our twin 4yr old granddaughters for thier birthday so we wanted to have enough room for the kids to have fun but for my husband to be albe to "take a break" when needed. I SPOKE to the hotel on the phone and confirmed I wanted to ensure we were confirmed with the correct room. when we got there we were given a 1 room suite and were told its not the hotels fault the info given has been wrong for awhile. its the websites problem and the main hotel chain. We moved to a room with 2 beds BUT we only stayed because we had promised the kids an indoor pool. The manager didn't provide us any incentive to stay or to come back. She said the suite was occupied by a "regular" who comes every year...we showed proof of our reservation thru expedia but nothing changed. We will never stay there again and I certainly hope they change this manager out. Although she told me she would help get us into the room---she never did and never looked me in the eye thru our entire 10 day stay! They lost a customer who would have stayed at thier hotel for the next 14 years till our grandaughters graduated high school...
