“Exquisite hotel”

The Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay is a wonderful resort! I travelled with my husband and daughter (2 yrs). We had a junior suite on the third floor with remarkable ocean views. The hotel provided a crib at no extra charge. The gardens are amazing! The pools are wonderful. Our daughter enjoyed swimming in the main pool as there are many kid-friendly areas. The pool is designed very well so that parents can be in deep water right next to the shallow area. The drinks by the pool were great - I recommend "Miami Vice." There is also an adults-only pool in a quiet section of the resort for those who want some time away from kids. I was treated to a facial at the spa and I highly recommend those facilities too. It was 80 mins of total pampering! We loved our stay so much that we never left the resort for the entire 5 days! We intend to visit again, so perhaps we will do some tours next time.

“Dream Getaway”

From the moment we drove up to Pueblo Bonito I knew that I had indeed chosen the right place. From the huge bird cage in the driveway to the beautiful lobby view of the premises. The staff was absolutely pleasant throughout the weekend. I could not believe at the end of my stay that I had nothing to complain about or even be unsatisfied with. This is a great place to bring the family, the hotel offers plenty of poolside activities throughout the hours of 11a-5p. I wish I would've planned to stay longer than the 4 days but I definitely will be returning to Pueblo Bonito.

“Perfect in everyway”

I had stayed in many hotels across the world and I would say this hotel ranks up there with the best. The rooms were spotless, the people were especially nice and the food in the hotel was 5 out of 5 stars. I wish I could give you a negative remark but do not have one to give. If you are looking to go away and relax and not spend a lot of money look no further.. 10.50 pecos for 1 USD. Can't beat that!

“Cant wait to go back, the hotel is gorgeous.”

The hotel is gorgeous. The pictures that you may see online dont really show you how gorgeous this hotel is. The staff is super nice and cater to your every need. Which is great if your on vacation. The only thing that i didnt like was the timeshare programs that they were trying to get you in. But hey if you have a couple hours to spare on you vacation it might be worth doing a timeshare presentation specially if your running low on cash, if you attend the timeshare they give you about $250.00 U.S dollars. The food and drinks are a little over priced but i guess thats to expect at a nice resort. The good thing is that you can go to the grocery store and get food to cook because the rooms come well equipped with pans and dishes (which by the way is a very nice and expensive cookware). If your reading this, i hope it helped to make your decision on where you want to stay if your going to Mazatlan. If i ever go back to Mazatlan this is the hotel were i would stay.

“Mazatlan”

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay is probably the best property "in" Mazatlan - since that is not necessarily true - it is about 5 miles north of the city and a bit isolated. But the property is spectacular. If you want to receive about $200 of "free" drinks and food, (limited only to whatever is "served to you" not at the deli etc. take the "low pressure" RCI tour of their property. Be ready for more than low pressure tho. The new villas are beautiful, but on a golf course and not on the ocean so you can go from there.
