Las Flores Beach Resort is located directly on the beach in the Heart of Mazatlan's Golden Zone, across from Deer Island. Las Flores Beach Resort is a family hotel on the best beach in Mazatlán! The hotel is 25 minutes from the Mazatlan International Airport (MZT).
It has exactly the combination that most people are looking for, a beach location, great prices, beautiful views, experienced staff, and excellent service;
The beach is beautiful and quiet and safe for swimming, with palapas and loungers on the beach, Motorized and non motorized water sports are available as well as massages ($) on the beach.There is a family pool with a waterful a and a separate area for the children. and in the other side of the hotel, there is a quiet pool area. The main restaurant, bar, gym sundry shops are at main lobby level. In the Golden Zone you will find night clubs, restaurants, airline offices, banks, cinemas, jewelry stores, handicrafts, all within walking distance from the hotel. The lobby bar " Las Rejas " will DELIGHT you with the most beautiful sunset view as it is located on the beach front. The bar offers happy Hour daily , live music and dancing every night. “Best holiday yet.”
Even though this is an older resort, it is very clean and well kept. The fact that it sits so close to the ocean is also a plus. The sunsets are amazing. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone always has a smile on their face. This is our second visit and can not wait to get back.
“Fantastic!”
Were a bit skeptical before going there, but relied on the reviews. At the arrival were super happy since the hotel staff was SUPER nice! Room was a bit more than what we expected. I went to Cancun to 5 star resort a month before and thought I would feel a big difference... well I was wrong - we absolutely loved everything about it. Location is the most fantastic. Breakfasts are to die for and close to everything! I can keep going on and on but to make it short - if you are looking for a great place to stay and like harder beds then this is a definite YEA for you! Cheers
“Day at the beach”
It's a great place to watch all the action and vendors, and the cruise people that come in, you have to get your chair early to get one under the shacks, we were down at 5:30 am and almost don't get a chair.... love the location and s=the smallness of the hotel...the food is great the service is great and love staying there, only thing the beds are hard and there on place to sit, only a hard surface they call a couch and no stations in English but 5...no news like CNN or Fox Happy hour starts too late missed it and we were there for 2 weeks the drinks were nothing special and over priced, did not do much drinking there or on the beach
“Canadian in November”
We chose this hotel because we had to be in Mazatlan on business and wanted to be local and comfortable. The staff behind the counter were wonderful and helped us with print-outs, faxes etc. When we did have a problem with our room (our AC did not work one evening) they were there within minutes to fix it. The one BIG HUGE problem that we had was with the time-share saleswomen pretending to want to give us information. I would tell friends to avoid this part of the hotel at all costs. Othewise it was just great! Would definitely stay there again.....just would be a lot ruder to the salespeople wanting us to "have breakfast on them".
“Nice hotel, great location”
We really enjoyed our stay - luckily the weather was superb and the hotel was quiet, although the few hotel guests there created a great atmosphere with the open bar-pool area. We were given a fantastic ocean front room with a large balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. The room was basic, but spacious enough and had a nice tiled bathroom. The price was dirt cheap for the quality, really unbeatable price for a beach resort. The position of the hotel is very central to the nightlife but also has enough distance to relax and appreciate some tranquility. October is a great time to visit Mazatlan, the weather for us was perfect, whereas in June/July it really can get overwhelming if you are not already used to a hot climate.
“Mazatlan Magic”
Mazatlan is a wonderful city with many things to do and see; the people are easy going and friendly, the weather is fantastic, and the mix of the old and new is perfect.

its a really nice hotel for the price of it.worth your money, spectacular view and not noisy. we didnt use the a/c at, we just open the baclony door and the sound of the waves from the beach is amazing..No insects..really palce to stay.

“Second Time at Las Flores”
This is my second time staying at Las Flores, and aside from the kinda hard beds, it is a great hotel for the price! Both times, I was upgraded to the ocean view and I can't even explain how nice it is to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The staff members are very helpful and give great advice on where to go what where NOT to go. I will go back everytime I am in Mazatlan.
“great location and very friendly”
The hotel is only a 21/2 star but it is very clean, it's just old. Staff is friendly beautiful view right on the beach.
