It was nice, however, it is advertised as having wifi and did not have wifi. Front desk only said we don't have wifi with no further explanation as I was checking in.

the property it self on the outside no complains but the inside of the cabin needs an upgrade, hot water to poor cabin needs a little bit of work. but on the other hand it is really close to MAZAMITLA town

La limpieza 👎 baño es un asco el lavamanos todo podrido la 🚽 sucia, les falta una muyyy buena limpieza... y cuarto las sabanas, colcha y toallas como que nos las cambian en días!!! La propiedad por fuera está muy bonita!!!

Cabins too small
The hotel didn't have my reservation when we arrived, so I had to email them my confirmation. The cabins are very small, with barely enough room to walk between the bed and the wall. There are some maintenance issues like courtains not closing properly, waterdrops after the rain or the chain of the door broken. I think this place is a little bit overpriced, considering the size of the cabins and the services offered. The location is good, just a few minutes of walking from the town

Para ser cabaña está bien, pero solo eso, si regreso mejor buscaré otro lugar, le hace falta mantenimiento a las camas, me raspé con un resorte y las sábanas picaban

Un lugar perfecto para una o dos personas viajando - ademas hay acceso al hotel-cabanias "Bosque Encantado" donde hay mucho espacion para caminar, un lago artificial, un campo de futbol, juegos para ninios junto con un brincoin. Lo unico malo es que las chimeneas estan mal diseniadas, y echan e humo hacia adentro, haciendo imposible su uso.

En general las cabañas por el exterior y los jardines están muy bien así como el restaurante, el interior de las cabañas es lo que urge remodelar, el mobiliario es anticuado y bastante feo, la señal de la TV es muy mala, no tienen cajas de seguridad ( cuando reserve las mencionaban). El baño también urge remodelarlo. por otro lado el personal es bastante amable y eficiente, creo que las cosas que se deben mejorar no dependen de ellos.
