Firstly, I would like to thank you for having taken the time to share with us your valued feedback, following your recent stay at our Resort.
Having said this, in respect of your comment, whereby, you mentioned, that the “property felt dated”, in all honesty, I fail to agree herewith, as our Hotel was opened only 8 years ago and I wish to, personally, assure you, that working closely with our Engineering team, as well as in tight collaboration with our Executive Housekeeper, we have in fact an in-depth “Preventive Maintenance Program” in place, which is strictly adhered to, as well as a dedicated “deep cleaning” program being implemented on a continued basis, precisely, so as to ensure, that every endeavour is made, as well as all steps taken, to uphold the highest standards, that one would expect in a 5-star “luxury” Resort of the caliber of “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius”.
With regard to your comment made ref our Culinary offerings at breakfast, I am very sorry if the breakfast was not to your contentment, however, I feel it opportune to mention, that our breakfast buffet consists of a hot, live & cold section; fresh & homemade pastries and breads, as well as a wide variety of fruits and cereals. In addition hereto, we also offer an “A la Carte” menu, whereby, we are delighted to make available a wide selection of breakfast items or one can also place an advanced order of their desired dish, which our Chefs are more than happy to prepare for the benefit & enjoyment of our most discerning guests.
Once again, thank you very much for your valued feedback, which will only serve us better in our continuous efforts to overcome any shortcomings, so as to be able to deliver the finest level of service pledged by us.
