“Impressed”

Other than the very long wait with only one person checking guests in when we first arrived, the experience was amazing. Everyone at the Westin was kind and friendly to us. The beach outside of the hotel was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. The breakfast buffet tasted amazing and the lobby was simply gorgeous with its open airy feeling and waterfalls. I would definitely go back and stay at the Westin once again.

Great hotel... Amazing pool... Many dinning options on property and within walking distance... just a walk away from shopping at Whalers Village... Would go again!

“One of Maui's Best Hotels”

Overall, I couldn't ask for a better hotel. When we got there, they upgraded us to the next level of room (which basically meant we were closer to the ocean). The room was very clean with a gorgeous view and a very friendly maid. The landscaping and grounds of the hotel were very well kept: it was fun just to sit and have breakfast and enjoy watching all the koi, parrots, flamingo's, and other "wildlife" they have there. The food at the restaurants was good and the number of pools and lounge chair space was more than enough. It is also located in a great location: 5 minute walk to Whaler's Village (lots of shopping and food) and a short drive down to Lahaina. Definately recommend this hotel and would stay there again!!

“The Westin is perfect!!!”

The Westin was perfect. We were there for our honeymoon. We loved everything. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the food was great. You could sit by the buffet or ocean view. They also had great smoothies. The pool was fun and very refreshing. They have a great adult pool with bar. Also the hotel was really clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The beach is also really nice and a great view. The Westin also had daily activities for everyone. They print a daily schedule of activiites. The hotel also provides a shuttle that makes stops on different locations so we didnt have to rent a car. The Spa was great too...very relaxing and they treat you really nice. We just had a awesome time and we really recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Loved it!!!”

Had an amazing time! Reading some of the reviews before I left made me a little worried, but to my surprise they were all wrong! The pools were not too cold, the rooms were not tiny, and the costumer service was fine. Had the best time with my family of four and cannot wait to go back!!! The pools were amazing and the stretch of beach right in front of the hotel is perfect!! Its a bummer you have to pay for the umbrellas, but I understand why they do it. Perfect place for families with kids! :)

“Heaven meets Aloha”

The Westin Maui was beautiful! The rooms were great with the Heavenly beds & shower. The resort was gorgeous, the pools and grounds were amazing. The service was wonderful. Great location, lots to do within walking distance-shopping, water sports, dining, and short distance to nearby attractions as well. Overall we had the best experience of our lives and can't wait to return.

“Hotel”

The Westin in Maui is a fabulous place to stay and the amazing grounds create a very relaxing environment. The rooms are an average size, and if you are a Starwood Gold member you get a free upgrade, therefore, we paid for a partial ocean view and ended up getting a full ocean view. It was a wonderful treat and helped complete our vacation.

“Great Hawaii Vacation”

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Our room was on the top floor with a mountain view which was breathtaking. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ka'anapali.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Service was wonderful. My now husband and I went to get married...when they found out they went over to top to make us happy. They upgraded our room to an oceanview; had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne left in our room and even set up a private table on the terrace to make our wedding day dinner very memorable.
