The Kapalua Villas Maui resort features 280 privately owned oceanfront, ocean-view, or fairway-view villas with one, two, or three bedrooms. Condominiums spread throughout the resort have 6-8 units per building. Floor plans include townhouses or loft-style units with an upstairs bedroom, or one-level units. Sliding screen doors access lanais furnished with lounge chairs and table with chairs.

All units include living rooms with wet bars and full kitchens with dining tables and chairs. All units provide washers and dryers, along with TVs in bedrooms and living rooms.

“Perfect choice in Kapalua!”

The villas are a great choice for a stay in west Maui. They are part of the Kapalua resort, that also includes the Ritz. As such, your $25 daily resort fee buys full access to the Ritz and all its amenities in addtion to the overall Kapalua property. Even better, if you are spa- or fitness-minded, the Kapalua spa (not in the Ritz, but in a standalone building near Kapalua Bay) is really stunning. The workout facility is gorgeous, new and has wrap around views of the bay, while everything else is absolutely idyllic. Really a great base of operations for an active vacation.

This facility is probably the best example of the "Hawaiian Experience" on the island of Maui. The facility is immaculate and they have kept the hustle and bustle to a minimum. This is certainly the place to stay on your trip to Maui.

I just wana say, even though this was my first trip to Maui, as I was doing comparison between the hotels, this one was very nice from been quite, had 3 beaches by itself, fully equiped kitchen( I mean fully equiped) which was a bonus since my wife did't liked to dinne out, site was wounderfull, price was suitable.

“Fantastic Villa!!”

Our two bedroom villa was immaculate! A little too far to walk to the beach but it was only about a 4 minute drive down the fairway to some of the best snorkeling on the island!! You have full access to all of the facilities at the Ritz-Carlton, we would definitely stay there again given the opportunity!!

“Great room, amazing grounds, but the service needs some work”

Eventhough we reserved a golf-course view villa, we were fortunate enough to get the top floor and be able to see the ocean! Even if you're on the grounf floor, it's a 2 minute drive to some of the best beachs on West Maui. THe only down side to the awesome location is that you're far away from everything else on the island (if you look on a map, you can't take the road going north from Kapalua to the airport, it's a 1 lane dirt road that'll void your rental car contract if you drive it). The only minors issues I had was that the people at the front desk wern't as helpful as they should have been (we got a mis-matched set of room keys, gave us wrong information about the parking restrictions and couldn't give a late check out even though we stayed there for 2 weeks and had 10pm flight). If I go back to Maui, I'd still go stay here!

“Maui Villas”

We stayed in the Bay Villas. The villa we had was in extremely good shape and everything was well maintained and in good repair. The layout of the villa was very nice with a bathroom both upstairs and down. The kitchen had all the necessary pots pans, dishes, etc. The view out the master suite was very nice! Everything here was excellent. If we go back to Maui and stay in Kapalua again, we would look to stay here again. The resort is very nice and very well maintained. Being able to stay in the villa was one of the reasons our vacation turned out so well.
