“Peaceful Place to stay away from hustle and bustle..”

Clean place, great bed..unmatchable customer service at the front dest..never booked a condo on expedia before, kinda of scary but all was great. the room was exactly what we were promised..very happy would stay at sugarbeach again..

This was not our first time at Sugar Beach. This particular condo so very well appointed. It had many extra amenities such as bandaids, scissors, seasonings etc. I will return.

“Paradise Lost”

Sugar Beach Resort is located on the ocean but away from the hustle and bustle of Lahaina or Wailea. We liked the quiet of the property and since we had a rental car it was no issue getting around. The condo we rented came equipped with enough for us to get by cooking and eating wise. It would have been nice to have come beach chairs to use but oh well. We would recommended this property. The single issue we had was that Expedia has an incorrect address listed so it you are using a GPS to find the property type in the mane and not the address.

“Nice and Quiet”

We had a great time at Sugar Beach! It was for some reason unusually windy and the seas were rough, but the stay was still great. Nice and quiet.

“Great Place, Great Value!”

We stayed at a great condo at Sugar Beach. Ocean front room, steps away from the beach. It was quiet, updated, and had all the conveniences of home. And the value is unbeatable! We cooked most of our meals and between the savings on food and lodging, we had $ to do all kinds of activities. Also loved that we had a pool and hot tub and bbq on site...a welcome way to wind down the day. I would absolutely stay here again.

“Sugar Beach Resort Kihei”

A good location overall, great views from our 6th floor unit. Condo has not been undated in some time though the furnishings are decent. We had the opportunity to view a few of the other units and this one is definetly below par, most others had newer kitchens, baths, etc. Kitchen generally well stocked though quite a bit of "hodgepodge" utensils, pans, etc. Given the rate we had to pay for the condo, doubt we will stay there again.

“Good Value for Price”

The condo was clean, the fellow residents/vactioners were polite, the pool was clean and all in all we had a great time. The beach outside the condo was nice for long walks and a little bit of water fun, but not a real swimmign beach. It was quiet and not developed which we enjoyed. SBR seems more geared toward retirees and people traveling without kids. They have rules about pool use, like no toys in the pool, which were difficult to explain to our young kids. But they and we enjoyed ourselves anyway. Kihei gets really windy in the afternoons, which I wish we would have known about before we traveled.
