“Fantastic Resort!!”

Everything was exceptional! We got an incredible deal when we booked our honeymoon at the last minute and it was better than we imagined. Clean, spacious rooms at a beautiful resort with breath-taking views. Plenty to do at Sheraton (beach, pool, snorkeling, spa, etc.) but definitely recommend exploring the island on your own - there's so much to see. We loved it so much, we're already planning to return for our 1 year anniversary!

“BEST HONEYMOON HOTEL ON KAANAPALI BEACH”

Great place to to go for honeymoon. Hotel is on the best spot on Kaanapali Beach and offers best views from your hotel room(ocean front room). We would stay there again...Dining in the hotel is little expensive but after we tried dining in other places it came up almost the same... Snorkling was fun right in front of the hotel... The only thing we didnt understand: they dont have esspresso machine in entire hotel!!! We had to walk to Westin hotel to get iced cappucino every day....

“Perfect for Our Honeymoon”

This is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The service was amazing, and the location is unbeatable. We loved being by the pool, playing in the beach, and enjoying the sunshine. The hotel gave us a rebate on dinner at their restaurant if we withheld room service that day, and it was a nice perk for us. All in all we were very impressed with our stay.

“Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

The Sheraton exceeded our expectations in almost every way. We purchased the package with the cheapest available room (garden view) but then got the "romance in a box" package from the hotel, that got us upgraded to a lovely ocean view room, that also overlooked the pool area. (The romance in a box package is pricey, but the dinner, sunset sail and room upgrade were totally worth the price). The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms clean and cozy and the staff friendly. Sure the restaurants are pricey, but the food is decent (we didn't eat many meals there, but a few). The pool bars have similar prices as typical bars in Kaanapali or Lahaina. The best deal on beer I found was at Lulu's in Lahaina Cannery mall. The pool was always clean (though sometimes pretty cool) and they do give you towels (just don't lose them). The nightly cliff-dive ceremony must be watched at least once, including the pre-dive hula. The free shuttle to Lahaina was convenient and Whaler's Village (a cute shopping center - visit their free museum) is a few minutes walk away and the shuttle also stops there. The ABC store there stocks some basics and is not pricey at all. The "resort fee" (which shouldn't surprise anyone, since it is clearly stated) also includes internet access, and should you have chosen to go without your computer (and really, why bring a computer to paradise?), they have a few available to guests near the restaurant area. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Sheraton Maui.

“Great hotel and the view was spectacular”

I had booked at another hotel, but when I found out it was under construction and with no pool available, I called expedia and changed to another. I even upgraded to Ocan fron and got money back. It was a great room. I had trouble with the frig---so I called. They fixed it right away and gave me a $15.00 certificate for food thanking me for bringit to their attention. Great place to stay!

“Sheraton Maui Resort”

Second time to this location and I would go back. Great beach and the best service around. Walking distance to many other shops and restaurants. Drove the whole island and this place has the best spot for views, water, snorkle, and wind (not too much not too little). Really enjoyed it. Expensive but didn't find any less 'cause its Hawaii (-:

“Maui , Yes we found Paradise!!!!”

Hotel very nice, paid extra for partial ocean view, however, it was extremely partial....... and no balcony space to sit out on , in our particular room, hotel very nice, clean, but kind of small...... Overall, very nice, and if you get a chance to go to Maui...... go , you will find your Paradise here on earth!!!!!
