“Great stay”

Great place to stay, it was my second time here and I was going to try somewhere different (the Westin) and I'm so glad I didn't. The Sheraton is very spacious and it never feels too crowded. We walked over to theWestin and it was chaos. We upgraded to an Ocean front room in building 6 and it was absolutely worth it! We could see and hear the whales from our patio. Great food and drinks at all 3 bars and wonderful staff. I would definitely go back to stay there!

“Great Stay at a Great Spot.”

This is a great hotel in a great location. In addition to the expected amenities of a large chain hotel, there is great snorkeling from the beach the hotel was built on, and the site is excellent for humpback whale watching in the winter months (no need to take a boat ride). Bring binolculars. We also saw a large pod of bottle-nose dolphins swim past. There are many good restaurants near by, and also coastal walks in either direction.

“Amazing Vacation!”

Everything about this hotel was fantastic: the pool; the beach; the rooms; and the restaurants were all five star! We will return next year without a doubt.

“My paradise”

The property is fantastic so much so I long to return right away. This is my second stay at the sheraton and usually i never stay in same place twice.I cannot wait to go back. The snorkeling right off blackrock and the whalers village and lahaina being so close is definalty a plus..The grounds being so well maintained and the hotel service is another wonderful thing. If i was too say anything needed improvement it would be the hostess service in the buffet and the either the food quality or the price. Not a big negative considering there are so many food options near by.

“Exceeded our expectations !!!!”

I read a lot of different reviews of hotels in Maui / Kaanapali before we chose the Sheraton, and we definitely made the right choice. The hotel is simply amazing!! The staff are extremely friendly (despite what some reviewers on Trip Advisor have reported), the views are incredible, the location is incredible, there is just nothing negative to say about this hotel. We will definitely go back and stay here again.

“Oct 8 - 19 Sheraton visit”

Between the Sheraton and the Westin, these two hotels are extremely family friendly with a gradual entry beach and small waves (albeit, we were there in October and the surf was minimal). Everyday a large turtle would join us for our daily swim. The only complaint I had with this hotel is like the other reviews, the $ 25 hotel fee really adds up - Expedia makes this hotel look cheaper than the others, but when you add this fee on, it adds about a another $ 1000 onto your holiday including a car rental - use Alamo, they are the cheapest. We arrived via a direct flight and when we got to the Sheraton aroudn midnight, there was no staff and no bell man, so we waiting for 45 minutes for the security to escort us to our rooms, and he never showed up so we lugged our own luggage exhausted to our rooms - 3 buildings away For night time entertainment, Old Lahaina Luau is a must and Warren and Annabelle's magic show (don' t like the title fool, all ages and nationality went and we all loughed out loud)
