“Surpassed our expectations!”

Definitely exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean. Service and food at restaurant was excellent. We liked the slower pace, quiet and intimate setting. Close to shopping center. We can't wait to bring the entire family.

“Offered a True Vacation Getaway Feeling”

We were impressed by the hotel, the room and the location. The view of the ocean suite was worth the price. We were able to relax and enjoy the sun up/sun down, the view of the other island as well as the full ocean and beach view. The beds were very comfortable and the room was kept very clean by the staff. It is a location that I would return to! When we arrived, we didn't get directions beforehand. We were provided easy directions with a quick call, and were greeted by very nice staff. After a very long day of travelling, this detail was very refreshing. However, the luau at the hotel had much to be desired. I would not return, nor recommend it to anyone. The food was decent, but I felt that for the money, I was herded like cattle. The bartenders were mean.

Hotel amenities were spot on! Had a great stay, and the rooms were redone very well. First time at this hotel, and would go back. Located conveniently next to Whalers village and Lahaina, so all is very convenent A+

The lobby area and hotel generally looks a bit outdated, but the room is fantastic! Be sure to get an ocean view room. We stayed on the 11th floor (out of 12 floors) and it was absolutely gorgeous! The view overlooks Kaanapali beach.

Great location and value! They renovated the tower rooms but only negative were the beds were a bit firm for me.

“Loved It”

Great place, stayed in one of the cottages just steps from the beach and pool. Sunsets were awesome. Hotel is about a five min drive from Lahina, which had everthing you'd need. Snokeling off of Black Rock was good, an easy walk from the resort. For a great snorkeling experience, drive north about 10 min to Honalua Bay. Incredible! Saw turtles each time, and family friendly....Customer service here was great, can't wait to go back!
