Wedged on a hillside between the fourth and sixth fairways of the North Kaanapali Resort golf course, Outrigger Maui Eldorado is a five-minute walk from a sandy beach and the 65 shops and restaurants of Whaler's Village. The complimentary Kaanapali resort shuttle stops at the hotel.
The condo property has 3 outdoor pools, barbecue grills, a sundries store, an activities desk, and shuffleboard courts. A parking garage (surcharge) and laundry facilities are available, along with complimentary wireless Internet access. The front desk can assist with fax and copy services. Special rates for the golf courses may be available and must be arranged through the front desk upon arrival.

The Outrigger Maui Eldorado offers a total of 204 spacious condo units in 12 2-story buildings, all with exterior access. Each is individually decorated in island style. Glass doors open to a furnished lanai with partial ocean views, or views of the resort's manicured lawns. Kitchens contain a dishwasher, stove, blender, microwave, and full-size refrigerator/freezer along with cookware, dishware, and utensils. Units include complimentary wireless Internet access, telephone, and washer/dryer. TVs come with cable service and DVD players. Housekeeping is included. Guestrooms are all nonsmoking.

Hugging Kaanapali's two golf courses, Outrigger Maui Eldorado is a five-minute walk or short golf-cart ride (by request) from a quiet, sandy beach. The resort has three outdoor pools—one with barbecues—and guests have complimentary tennis privileges at a neighboring resort. Special rates for the golf courses may be available and must be arranged through the front desk upon arrival.
Kaanapali Beach is known for its swimming, catamaran rides, parasailing, and other ocean play. Beach equipment and activities can be arranged on site (surcharge). A short walk along the sand leads to Black Rock, a famous lava promontory that was sacred to ancient Hawaiians and provides superb snorkeling.

“great place to stay”
The Maui Eldorado was a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. The grounds were lovely to walk around.
“Great condo!”
Although this condo is older, it is in great shape. The grounds re immaculate. You can walk to all of the services and there is a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop next door. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but it is not bad and they will give you a ride in a gold card it you want. The hotel has a cabana on the beach and they offer free towels and chairs along with some food for purchase.
“Cozy”
The room was nice and well equipted I was upgraded to partial ocean view because it was available altho parking was kind of limited close to the room the walk wasnt bad at all
“Extremely comfortable”
Was our first stay in Maui and Maui Eldorado made us feel at home. Rooms are A+ and like a home away from home with all the features you would expect such as full kitchen, washer & dryer, etc...This condominium resort is away from beach, so would recommend getting the upgrade to an ocean view room, worth the extra $$$. It is a short walk to the beach, which is postcard perfect, and the cabanas have everything you would want or need for beach time enjoyment.
“Highly Recommend this hotel”
What a delight to open the door and find such spaciousness awaiting us. 1200 sq feet of clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations! We had a great partial view of the ocean; the walk to the ocean is not that far and is beautiful as the golf course winds through the grounds. If you don't mind cooking, the kitchen is adequately equipped so tuck in your bag a few staples. This was more of a time share unit than a hotel room. We would go back in a heart beat!
“Perfect place for a low-key family stay”
We've stayed twice at the Eldorado and love the spacious fully equipped condos. We also like the easy accessibility, quiet surroundings (even though there are lots of kids). The complex is embedded in a golf course, which lends a certain relaxing green outlook, and you walk a few min. to the beach, but don't meet traffic. Service/front desk folks are very accomodating. We had a small problem this year in our first condo and staff was extremely easy and helpful in quickly moving us to another unit. We're looking forward to returning next year.
“Gorgeous site! Would go there again!!”
Beautiful grounds, view of the ocean; rooms were very clean, comfortable and functional. Housekeeping staff were very attentive.

this hotel was the best location for all we wanted to see and do. we were far enough, walking, away from the resorts to enjoy the serene quiet yet close enough to the night life. clean ready to help always on the spot with whatever you needed from the employees. will visit again.
“Comfy Maui Eldorado”
The codo was everything that we expected. The location to the beach and the other locations on West Maui was excellant. This was our second year in a row at the Maui Eldorado. The studio was perfect for us.
“Didn't want to leave”
We stayed here with our 8-month old baby and absolutely loved it. The condo was very spacious, modern and clean and had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Each condo is located near a pool and we loved spending the day at the beach cabana. It is the only cabana on Kaanapali Beach and has a full kitchen, bathrooms, showers and beach towels that all guests are able to use. There is a golf buggy that can take you from your room to the beach or you can walk 5 mins through the golf course to get there yourself. It is a 10 minute walk to the Whalers Village where there are shops and restaurants or you can get the free trolley there from the front of the hotel. The only negative was that the pools do not open until 9a.m and the cabana until 9.30a.m.
