“Home away from Home !!”

Hotel stay was the best part of our trip. With our 20 month old son, we had to spend most of our time indoors. So a great view from suite, lush green park in backyard with easy access to water made it fun just to stay and relax indoors. Thanks to management and owner of our condo. Kitchen was fully equipped. Decoration and amenities felt more like a house rather than hotel. Safeway, Longs drugs and other stores are nearby.

“A real find!”

Although Leinaala is an older condo complex, it was well run and maintained. Our unit was very clean, fairly recently renovated and fully furnished. I didn't see any of the other units, so I can't comment on them. The view of the ocean and mountains from the lanai was the equal of any in Maui.

“My 2nd Stay”

I had another great stay here at Leinaala. This time I got a condo on the top floor, equipped with a flat screen TV, CD/stereo system, VCR/DVD player. Condo was in great shape when i got there. Sure the fridge made noise but it didn't bother me. I'm REALLY not picky. I know other folks have mentioned Costco to buy things, but there's also a Safeway and a Star market nearby. I stayed at Leinaala for a week, and when it came time to do laundry I was able to buy single load boxes of Tide detergent for 99 cents at Star market, about a half mile south on south Kihei road(bring quarters for Leinaala's laundry machines). Great view for the sunsets every evening. Pretty quiet area, too. It's a great place if you just want to relax. No need to worry about parking, everybody is assigned a stall when checking in(assignments for new arrivals are written on the dry erase board outside the office). I don't know when I'll return to Maui, but I would definitely come back for a third stay whenever that is.

“Amazing view!-Amazingly low rate”

My husband and I truly enjoyed the Leinaala Condo. We loved the view. It was beautiful. The condo was very spacious for the two of us. The condo would work great for about four guests. The condo was very clean, a tad dated (early 90s) but it had a great island motif. Though the condo was simple, it had just about everything that we needed. We were very impressed with what we got for the price that we paid. Of course we did not receive any special maid services, but we lived with out it. I just wish the Leinaala condo was located in the popular Lahaina area (30 min away). Do not be fooled by the 2 star rating. I give it at least a 3 star rating, and I am very picky about where we stay.

It was a very friendly place and with the comfort of your hotel it mad you feel right at home. The view from the hotel room made the stay even better. Gorgeous View!!

“Excellent Value Condo Rental”

We were leery about our stay at Leinaala because the quoted price was reasonable. Nothing else on Maui was reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised at the location and included amenities. Everything you could ask for was provided including kitchen accessories, beach accessories etc. The ocean is close, the airport is reasonably close, the area is quiet and everything on Maui is easily accessible. Our particular condo was a bit dated, but in excellent condition. For a quiet, inexpensive getaway, you cannot beat Leinaala. We definitely will return.

“Great condo no.508 at Kihei Beach Resort”

The condo was great, full equiped one bedroom apartment. It even had beach chairs and an umbrella. Views age great and it is right in front of the beach with great views. We stayed on fifth floor, no. 508. Very quiet and away from the crowds. location is nice for exploring the island. The beach here is very windy though. Would stay again.

“Planning another trip soon with my mother”

The grandchildren got to go with us and had a great experience. They loved the condo because of the pool. very clean, hope to go back with my mother. I know she will love it there. Close to everything. Shopping, Aquarium and beaches.
