“Amazing for its price and facilities”

Trust me, this condo was spectacular, centrally located, close to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped. This is better than the hotels near lahaina since this is much closer to haleakala, hana, Wailea beaches.

“Hawaiian Paradise at Leinaala”

The location of this condo is perfect - close enough to get to the stores, yet far enough away that you hear absolutely no noise. Tennis courts out the front; pool too! with nice comfy lounge chairs. Absolutely the cleanest condo we have ever rented. The condo contained almost everything one could ever need, even a dishwasher - but, no teapot, trying to find one was impossible!! Bill and Paula (the managers) are the friendliest and were very knowledgeable, even with a few suggestions. Sitting on the lanai was a perfect place to watch the windsurfers and surf boarders - sunsets were breathtaking!! A nice home base to all the things one does in Maui. WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THIS COMPLEX!!

Area recommendations
Drive up Haleakala Drive the road to Hana Drive out to Lahaina Go to Big Beach Watch the windsurfers at Hookipa Beach and lastly - drink some Mai Tai's at Bubba Gumps in Lahaina!!
What to pack
not alot - you pretty much live in your bathing suit!!

“Very Nice Place for the price!”

Nice place to stay. Family was staying at the Maui Schooner right next door, so this location was perfect. The area is a great central location for the entire island. This area is a more laid back region of Maui, a short drive to all the popular beaches and attractions. Very close to grocery stores, and many nice places to dine. This place has a well stocked kitchen which cut cost down by cooking for yourself. Amazing sunsets every night! Only down side is they have a very small pool and no hot tub, but for us this was not a problem, because we spent most of our family time next door. A great value for the price. All rooms have an ocean view!!!

Area recommendations
This is a cental location to all of Maui, there is no bad place on this island. A must place to visit in ones lifetime.

“Surprise in Maui”

Still can't believe I could walk to a deserted beach in 2 minutes every day! The condo was furnished well, not brand new stuff but your on vacation. It had everything you needed though and there's a BBQ downstairs and laundry facilities. View from the apartment was breathtaking and very quiet.

Area recommendations
This was a great location for relaxing...if you were looking for great night life I would say think again... Try cuatros restaurant for really good food.

“Can't wait to go back”

We love this condo, and this is the 2nd time we have stayed there. We would stay there again and again! Its a great condo and I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay right in front of the ocean and watch a Maui sunset every night right from your patio. The only thing is that the bedroom is on the opposite end of where the air conditioner is which makes for a very warm room to sleep in. The couple that look after the condo are very friendly and helpful. Its like staying with friends. Its a perfect place to stay, relax, and just enjoy yourself in Maui. You can take strolls along the beach, or walk down to the market. The condo is in a quiet area, which is great. So go and enjoy! Aloha :)

Area recommendations
Rent a car and go around the whole island. Maui is very scenic, and every part offers many beautiful sites. Many adventures, shopping, and food to enjoy.

“Great condo no.508 at Kihei Beach Resort”

The condo was great, full equiped one bedroom apartment. It even had beach chairs and an umbrella. Views age great and it is right in front of the beach with great views. We stayed on fifth floor, no. 508. Very quiet and away from the crowds. location is nice for exploring the island. The beach here is very windy though. Would stay again.

“Middle of Maui”

We had a wonderful suite by the pool, and it faced the ocean. Nicely furnished with a full sized stove, refrig, TV, stereo and DVD player. The managers were very helpful on recommending places to dine, sights to see, tours to take. A very nice location, you are in the middle of Maui with easy access to all attractions. We did the trip to Hana, saw the volcano, and did some snorkling. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Shopping
Don't miss the hugh Saturday swap meet at the Maui Community College. Almost all locals there (few tourists) with great handicrafts and excellent bargains. It's located on the road to the Iao NeedlePark. Open 8 am to 12:30 pm, several vendors start packing to leave around 11: 30.

“An Enjoyable Stay”

We loved our stay. This was our second visit to Leinaala and we will choose it again the next time we visit Maui. The condo is well equipped and comfortable and the ocean view is amazing. The A/C could be updated (it was a little hot in the condo for our comfort level), but overall we highly recommend it

Area recommendations
Make sure to visit Mount Haleakala. It is a beautiful sight at sunrise.

“Million $ View -- We Will Return!”

What can I say? Leinaala exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Unit 203 which is a one bedroom condo w/ a sleeper sofa that sleeps two. Now, the only negative thing I can say about the unit was that it needed some care; a bath fixture did break and the couch needed a good cleaning....other than that...this place was AMAZING! Close to Kihei shops, great restaurants, beautiful beaches and the highlight....a spectacular view....better than what guests at the Grand Wailea and Ritz are paying for. Paula and Bill, the property manager's, were so friendly and helpful (we arrived at the brink of Tropical Storm Felicia -- she missed us though -- sunny and gorgeous all week). They provided us with everything we needed and then some. Bill also does a wonderful job keeping the condo grounds looking picturesque and beautiful. Our family wants to return and we'll only stay at the Leinaala. I also saw a picture of unit 204 which is very modern, clean and highly recommended too. If this is your first time traveling to Maui, I recommend three things to do: 1. Check out the Old Lahaina Luau, a little spendy but the service and entertainment are well worth it. 2. Snorkel at Molokini & the Turtle Arches by booking your trip with the Pacific Whale Foundation, all proceeds go to ocean environment education and saving marine life. Their crew was knowledgeable and hospitable. 3. The Road to Hana -- get up early and drive this scenic and untouched route. Aloha & Mahalo!!
