“Perfect vacation home”

It was close to the beach and provided serene, fully-outfitted living quarters. The rooms were very clean and bright, there were even beach chairs we could use! There is no room service because they only clean up after you leave but the people at the front desk are there to answer any questions. It was very cost-efficent to have a kitchen and prep your own meals since food in Maui is expensive.

“I would rent the same condo again if I could”

I was reluctant to book a condo as I read some "horror" stories about some condos being dirty and with cockroaches. But as I had a very good price I decided to take the plunge. It has been my first condo rental and I did not regret it. I felt like at home, everything was clean and spacious. Much better than in a hotel as we had fridge and microwave and a cooler too that proved very valuable in our day trips. It was apartment D605 or D650, I forgot, close to elevator that made a lot of noise and I being a light sleeper I could not get too much rest first night as the bedroom faces the hallway. However, my wife was not bothered. Next night I closed the windows and I could sleep as this attenuated the noise (or I was too tired).

“Pretty nice, but no air-conditioning in 85 degrees!”

But, with the tradewinds really blowing it wasn't too bad. The condo's are from around the 60's, but very clean, and very well kept. This was our 2nd stay there and will difinitely do it again. Great value for your dollars!

“I'll go back...”

No frills, totally adequate. The view from my 4th floor lanai was fabulous, location was good, gorgeous beach, everything I needed to rest and relax. Reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again. The only good thing about leaving is the opportunity to go again.

“Condo C211 Is Wonderful”

We stayed in condo C211 and it was wonderful. It had an updated kitchen, beautiful furniture, and everything we could possibly need for the beach. Under the TV you'll even find a Road to Hana CD which you can use on the drive to find interesting stops. The location was perfect, you can walk to restaurants and even souvenir shops. The beach across the street is beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our condo and would definitely return.

“Bang for your Buck”

The room we stayed could use some updated furniture such as the couch and the bed. There was a washer and dryer in the room so next time we will take a smaller suitcase. The grounds are well kept and beach two is just across the road. For the most part it was a quite place and for the money we found it a real value.

“NICE, SLIGHTLY TIRED UNIT”

Arrived 10 pm in driving rainstorm. Office closed; only by luck someone came by and told us where there was a phone where we could call manager. Phone not sheltered, but got through and was directed to soggy envelope with key and driving directions. Unit was OK, but definitely needs new carpets and upholstery. Nice view from second floor of D bldg. Avoid D209; bedroom is right across from elevator, and is very noisy at night. Several maintenance issues, which were tended to promptly except response time lengthened by 40-hour power outage caused by fierce windstorm. Fortunately, we had bought groceries just before outage and acquired matches so we could light gas stove. All in all a pleasant enough experience.

“Better than expected”

The comments and valorations I read were not very impresive but my experience was really great. The studio was comfortable, they said that it will have a garden view, it was true but also I could see the ocean from the balcony. The worst thing was that the swiming pool was out of service. Nice area with many services, and very close to Wailea and also Makena beaches. I'll repeat !!

“Good place for families”

I've been there with my wife and 21-month old daughter and I think it is very convenient if you have small children. My apartment had all the equipment you can find in yours, including microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There was no crib but there was a sofa-bed. Beach is just across the street, shops and restaurants are close by.

“Would use again.”

Confortable, clean. Convenient to beach and shopping. Good view of water.
