“the only draw back was we never saw any staff so felt a little on our own.”
THE CONDO WAS FABULOUS YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR ANYTING MORE! AND IF YOU ARE BLESSED AND GET A UNIT CLOSE TO THE ROAD AND ONE THE 3RD OR 4TH FLOOR THE VIEW WILL KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF.I KNOW FAMILY THAT HAS STAYED AT THE SANDS ACCROSS THE STREET 3 TIMES AND I WOULD MUCH RATHER STAY HERE!!!!
“Nice Lodging”
The room was large, very well supplied and clean! Air conditioner worked well in living room however really needed one in the bedroom! Overall I would go back to stay again.
“Excellent Choice For Family's”
We really enjoyed staying at the Kahana Villa. It has close proximity to many beaches, and snorkeling bays. It is a very short walk to a nice beach just across the road. Although there are no dining choices at this location, there are a couple close by. However if you think about it early, just stop at costco on the other side of the island and pick up what you want to eat. Nice bbq area by the pool for bbq your favorites. I suggest using the local grocery store over Safeway. I think this is a hidden jem, and can't wait to return.
“Excellant place to Stay”
This was a great place to stay, Beach rite across the street. We didnt need to interact with the staff very much, but when we needed something they were very helpfull. We had a 2 room unit and it was huge, Very clean and fully equiped,
“Very Relaxing”
I kind of knew what to expect because I had read the reviews prior to booking. The situation with having to go across the street to check in was a little strange but no big deal. AC upstairs in the master bedroom would have been great. There was a ceiling fan and that did help. Both bathrooms were upstairs. That was a little inconvient. I had a little bit of a problem finding staff when I needed some towels but again it was no big deal. It was very quiet, very nice view. We would definitely stay there again.
“Wish I was still there!!!”
We stayed at the Kahana Villa for 8 days and I must say that this is the first holiday that we have been on that we experienced NO ISSUES!!! The Villa was amazing. Very well-kept property in every way from the grounds to the staff that are working there. They were willing to help you out in every way you needed. The property is in a very convenient area close to shopping, beaches and just about everything else you could require. It was amazing and I wish I could have stayed there forever!!!!
“Kahana Villa, Maui”
Great hotel/condo experience for the money. Would recommend to anyone.
“Ed”
My wife and I stayed in unit 107F in early Janaury 2011. We were delighted with the condo we had and it exceeded our expectations. The living room, kitchen, bath, bedroom were all very nicely furnished in island style. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Having a washer and dryer with soap was great and we used it more than expected. Although there was no wifi in the unit, I found free wifi 15 feet off the patio and over at the pool which was very nice for checking email. We loved everthing about the complex and location. A very good deal in this area. The only negative we have: the bedroom is a little noisy due to the louvered windows which do not seal tight. I would highly recommend the owners replace the bedroom windows so there is less noise when the garbage trucks come at 7 AM. Otherwise it is very nice place and we would stay there again in a nano second!
“Kahana Villa”
Great location in a mellow part of town. Close to all the good stuff on the west side of Maui. Love using the grills by the pool. Friendly people all around. A/C in living room, but none in bedroom just fan.
“Kahana Villa Maui January 2012”
Relaxing and comfortable, close to but not on the beach, within walking distance
