“Kahana's little gem..”

My husband and I usually stay at the Maui Kaanapali Villas, but we wanted to try this condo, less money, no parking or resort fees. No regrets!! The condo wsa quite comfy and we also had a nice lanai and great view. The beach in front is small, but nice. Several places to eat within walking distance, and very quiet at night. We didn't hear our neighbors at all..we had a small issue with the AC, but , that ws taken care of immediately. The trip from LAX with air, condo, and car for ten days came to around 2400.00. Good deal on Expedia!! I have worked part time as a travel agent and I know a good deal when I see one. No frills, no room service, but a nice relaxing vacation none the less.

“Very impressed”

There's nothing fancy here; it's not really a "resort" so to speak, but it's definately a great place to stay. The kitchen has everything! Make sure to open all the drawers and cabinets. Even though there's only a midweek maid service, there are plenty of extra towels in the bathroom cabinets. Getting an ocenafront suite is a must. The view is beautiful. Even with the windows closed, you can still hear the ocean when you go to sleep at night. As the sun sets in the west, you can see the sunset from your room. The beach the hotel is located on isn't the best it has a lot of rocks), but it's nice and clean enough for someone to sit there and relax. Service was wonderful. They've got a whole system set up for late check-ins. When we arrived (at about 10pm) we saw that we didn't have enough blankets, so we called the late check in line, and they sent someone over about 10 minutes later! There's also an activity desk next to the front desk that was very helpful.

We have been to Maui several times and have stayed at several different places. Kahana Beach Vacation Club has been our favorite by far. We loved everything about it!!!

This is a hotel that gives you a homely atmosphere. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They are very willing to help. Each unit is different and we had an ocean view 1206. What a lovely view! Ammenities were ample in the room and clean. The whole hotel was very well kept considering it is not a new property. I would go here again as it was very relaxing and comfortable.

The room is very comfortable. The bed is the only one thing I'm not comletly satisfied with: the matress is too soft.

Great room on 5th floor which looked to mountains and ocean! Extremely clean, spacious, beautiful and comfortable Wish I was there!

I just want a room with kitchen. However, the space is larger than I expected and the view from my room is more beastiful than I expected! They also prepare some free activities for customs. The manager is so fridenly. So, I lover this space very much!!

“Completely blown away”

This place was unbelievable!!! The view from our balcony was so spectacular that we just used the grill on the property to grill fresh fish and pineapple and ate dinner there as we watched the whales and sunsets. Room was very nice and the Murphy bed was comfortable. Although this is an older property they do a very good job of maitaining and staff is friendly and helpful. If we go back to Maui, we would plan our trip around the availability of staying at this property

“It was what I expected”

I had read the hotel description and the reviews, so I knew what to expect. I liked the hotel and would stay there again. The kitchen was a plus. It was nice to be right on the beach, and beach towels came with the room. Great views. No problems to report. I checked in and out during business hours and parked early in the evening, so I missed reported problems in those areas. There a a few stores and restaurants within walking distance. A workout area with a few weights would be a nice addition, the fitness spa they say is available is pretty far away and not very easy to access.
