“Great place to stay”
Can't say enought good about this condo. Great room and view, very friendly. Staff went ouy of thier way to please us.
“Paradise!”
We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach or pool and BBQ! We didn't want to leave! This would be a great place to vacation with extended family.
“Better than we could have hoped for.”
The room was beautiful and in excellent condition. My only complaint is that our ocean view was at a pretty big angle but that seems to be pretty common for all the resorts there. Concierge was most helpful and worked through expedia.com for attractions and tickets. The first morning continental breakfast was most helpful for a first time visitor and is NOT a time share presentation. If we ever go back to Maui we will stay there again!
“holiday to remember”
hotel and staff great. convenience of having full kitchen facility well worth it especially if you have children.. close to all other ameneties, golf, dining, etc. some disappointment on one of the excursions with a tour company, was promised follow up, but never happened, however not reflective of hotel. would definitely recommend and would go back again. mahola!!
“Exceeded Expectations”
This was our first time booking a trip through Expedia. We were totally pleased with our accomodations. The hotel lived up to the reviews and ratings it had received from other Expedia travelers.
“Great Condo on Kaanapali Beach”
This was our first time at the Alii and we can't wait to go back. The spacious condo was perfect for our family of four. Our girls loved having their own bedroom! Our unit was clean and comfortable and the service was great. The Alii is perfectly located on Kaanapali Beach where you will find the best surf for body surfing and boogie boarding. We had a great time at the Alii.
“Gorgeous Condos - Will book next stay here!!!”
Rooms and service were outstanding. We got in LATE at night and the staff met us at valet parking, knew who we were, brought in our bags immediately, and got us through check in quickly so we could rest. Gorgeous beacues just outside the facility...what more could you ask for. Some people complained the pool was under renovation and couldn't get pool passes to adjacent facilities, but we're beach fans and preferred the surf, sand, and beautiful wildlife swimming around. We came to Hawaii to relax at the beaches not swim in a chlorinated pool...we have that at home :)
“Well kept, great location”
We really enjoyed the spacious accommodations and the great location. The staff was very accommodating and it was very clean. The only improvement is the pool area, it could use a coffee shop on premises.
“Great for families”
The condos are great for people with kids. We were able to enjoy the fabulous ocean view from our room and ate out on the lanai. We couldn't do much activities with two young kids so the easy access to beach and pool plus the comfort of the rooms were really important to us. Alii is really great for providing all that!
“Defnitely would return”
The Kaanapali Alii far exceeded my expectations in terms of service, location, and accommodations. Our unit was superior compared to other friends and family who stayed in nearby five star hotels and condominium units. It was large, well furnished, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I am someone who likes to try a new hotel/condominium when I return to a favorite vacation destination. However, if I return to Kaanapali Beach, I will definitely stay at the Kaanapali Alii again!
