“The best hotel on Maui - best hotel ever”

We received the most fantastic service ever. The hotel is located in very beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay and will defiantly go back some day.

Everything about this hotel was amazing!! We loved it! Definately try and get breakfast included with your room, it is worth it and the buffet is amazing and changes every day.

Great service, good location. Only wish there was easier beach access like the hotels nearby. Parking was a small trip from the doors. Our room was cleaned on the days we needed it cleaned and friendly staff. Fresh flowers for your hair on most days. Overall it was a great trip!

“A Fabulous Vacation Destination”

The Hyatt Regency has magnificent grounds and facilities, especially the pool. The hotel has wonderful art work and landscaping, and it seems like a great place for children, so don't expect a lot of contemplative quiet. It's in the middle of all the activity on the Kaanapali Coast. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the platform beds are a little low and hard for my taste.

“wonderful honeymoon”

We went for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful stay. We had a great view and the room was always clean. The food was expensive, but we were in walking distance of more reasonable prices. Great place for a honeymoon. They gave us leis, a free bottle of champagne and free appetizers.

“Beyond Expectations”

We stayed in a Deluxe Oceanfront room for 6 nights, and the service, grounds, amenities and room were all well above our expectations. We'll be back!

“Honeymoon”

We are on our wedding/honeymoon and got an ocean view room. Service was good. My only suggestion is that instead of getting a partial ocean view, go for the ocean view. I paid for a partial ocean view room - It faced a cemetary and it's really hard to find to ocean.

Great hotel. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Helpful and friendly staff. Facilities are excellent. Beach is great. Snorkling nearby. Ka'anapali is the place to be. We like it much better than the Wailea side.
