“Best Resort on Maui”
Simply one of the best resort experiences I've had without question. The property itself was stunning - pristine, lush and gorgeous. The service was impeccable. The staff to a person were phenomenal. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend the Four Seasons to anyone visiting Maui. The only minor issue was that we did not feel that the breakfast buffet at Duo lived up to expectations, but otherwise I would have to say this resort is as close to perfection as it comes!
“Maui Four Seasons”
Very clean and peacful. Staff was outstanding. Very helpful booking attractions and services. I recommend the outrigger canoe - lots of fun , good exercise , and friendly experts. Pools were clean and chairs/umbrellas were very functional.
“The Four Seasons Maui is the Best!”
Wow! The service and accommodations were exceptional! Everyone always smiled and treated us like family. The pool and beach were only steps away. There was always a towel, a chair, an umbrella, a cool drink, suntan lotion, anything we needed. I will go back and I would highly recommend the Four Seasons-Maui!
“Exceeded our expectations!”
We had high expectations going into our trip because several friends who had honeymooned at The Four Seasons-Maui before us told us about their amazing experiences. From the moment we arrived at the resort, our expectations were exceeded. Exceptional service, friendly atmosphere, the perfect environment to relax in and the employees know you by name. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer than 8 days! We would recommend The Four Seasons-Maui over and over again.
“Great honeymoon spot!”
Great service & best hotel i've ever stayed.
“Best Maui Hotel”
Four Seasons understands what "hospitality" is all about. They make you feel truly welcome at all times. The hotel delivers first class product and service in a first class way. Attention to all details large and small. I can't wait to go back. For years we have stayed at the very large luxury property immediately next door but from now on it is Four Seasons for us! But, this may not be the best property for families with small children. No "rivers" or "water falls" to play in.
“Absolutely the best hotel in Maui”
We stayed at Four seasons 9 days, it was fantastic experience with perfect service and nice property, definetely it is the best hotel in Wailea, a bit expensive, but really worth it.
“Top Notch Service”
The quality of the staff at this hotel is fantastic. You never walk by anyone from manager to janitor without getting a big smile and an "aloha". The room was very nice. Not huge but big enough .The marble tiled bathroom on the other hand was huge. Beds were the most comfortable I've slept in- very soft sheets, comforters matress and pillows. Maid service twice a day. All high end L'Origine bath products. The restaurants vary from good to stellar (Spago). Be warned -aside from the little beach front kiosk there are no places to grab cheap eats at this place unlike the nearby Grand Wailea or Fairmont which have (relatively) inexpensive cafes/delis for breakfast and lunch . The hotel bar is a nice place to hang out at night. My wife and I are not musical connesieurs but we were very impressed with the quality of the musicians that play there. Although there are some ammenities for children such as a kid friendly pool and a play room/daycare room, this is more of an adult hotel. We'd definitely go back as a couple but if we bring the kids then the Grand Wailea next door is the place we'd go.
“The Best Resort on Maui!!!”
My Wife and I planned to spend our 16th wedding anniversary on Maui and booked a 9 night stay. Because we wanted to stay a few extra nights, we chose a more economical room choice which was o.k. as the broom closet at the Four Seasons is better than suites at other hotels. When we arrived we were greeted by the warm staff and a refreshing tropical punch. We then proceeded to the front desk where we were told our room was upgraded to an Executive Suite. We were excited but having no experience with "suites" we did not know what was in store. We were floored to find two full bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room/dining room, and two full balconies over-looking the Pacific Ocean. This along with the warm, friendly and very accommodating staff made our vacation a wonderful lasting memory. Even if we did not receive their most gracious upgrade, this resort and our experience at the Four Seasons Maui was fantastic.
“Very nice but pricey”
Very nice hotel however thinks it's a bit overpriced, I've stayed in better hotels and paid less even at standard hotel rates. However having said this I would definately go back but only if planned my vacation further in advance and was able to grab a special reduced fare first
