“Great stay!”
The grounds here are beautiful! Our particular condominium exceeded our expectations completely. It was right by a waterfall which fell into a beautifully groomed swimming pool, wonderfully picturesque! We had our own little backyard and porch, a full kitchen, and the decor was very tasteful. Other travelers had left small coolers, chairs, and even hats for us to use (although I can't say the same for other units)! We would definitely stay here again!

“Excellent property near the beach”
It was our first time to "rent" a condo and we were extremely pleased with the property. The layout, the convenience, the ambiance, the furniture is excellent, though dated. The only thing I would recommend them to do is to buy newer LCD TV sets. Their TVs are sill the box, bulky type. They had all the dishes, beach chairs, beach towels, and other stuff which were left behind by others for all to use. In return, we left our boggie board too. We wont mind spending a longer time here OR permanently living there.

Very well stocked condo was clean and comfortable. They had great conveniences like beach chairs and mats, and even a boogie board! It's a slight walk to the beach, but the condo is far from highway noise. Loved it for the fourth time.
“Great place for families”
We loved the loft and the full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The pool closest to us was noisy in the afternoon, but everything got quiet by 10:00pm. A perfect place to stay in Kihei as it was a short walk to the beach.

everything was perfect..room was nice and well maintained and full of amenities and quiet and just perfect. the property was in good shape and we loved having the tennis courts. pools were nice and couldnt have asked for a better condo. loved the location in kihei and so close to wailea and makena!
“loved maui!!”
The condo was perfect for our family of six (4 teenagers). The room was comfortable, except the master bedroom on the top floor is open and no door. The ammenities were great!! Lots of cooking utensils. There were snorkels, beach chairs and towels. The view was beautiful. The only issue we had were very small ants in the kitchen which they called ghost ants. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and we used the pool and bbq area in the evening. We had a beautiful ocean view!!! I would definitely stay there again.
“Great family friendly vacation home”
On this vacation my husband and I brough along our toddler (20 months), my mom and brother. Our 2bed 2bath condo had room to spare with nice little extras like boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, and sandcastle making gear. Like another reviewer said, I will pack less next time. We definately plan on comming back to MK next time. We saw many of the other advertised condos and hotels and I was very happy with our decision. Do remember there is no maid service, so you're in your own, but the in room washer and dryer make up for it. We bought groceries at safeway and walmart was as cheap as the mainland for dry goods. We only ate out twice- which saved us a ton of money. We used the BBQ next to the pool in the evenings. You will need a car. I think I would prefer this style of travel even if I had the money to be pampered at a big hotel
“Going back is imperative!”
Simply a fantastic property. I can't imagine someone staying here and not liking it. The pools are not huge, but we were mostly at the beach. The lush green landscape is just so inviting and relaxing.

We had an ocean front 2 bed unit( L204 - CRH Maui Kamaole) that was in an elevated position providing expansive views over the Pacific and easy walking access to the beaches. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The unit was close enough to one of the complex pools and yet was a very quiet location. While the decor was dated, the beds were very comfortable and the overall experience was like having your own home in paradise. The location turned out to be quite central for driving to the major sights across the island of Maui as well as access to the shops ay Pilani Village - large and well stocked Safeway for bagels, French bread, juicy pineapples, papayas, etc.. The only gripe would be the rather noisy window a/c units which had to be on at night as it was quite warm in the unit. Also the electronic keypad is deactivated immediately after checkout time so make sure you do not forget anything as you will need a one-time code to re-enter the unit. I forgot my camera battery charger (plugged into a wall outlet) and realised this right away. Upon calling the rental office I was quickly given an access code and retrieved the charger. In summary a great location, a great unit and a wonderful island with friendly people. Look forward to the next trip.
