“CRH Island Sands”
Great location. Southern exposure for balcony, so need to be aware of keeping unit cool. Air conditioner vents to balcony - so this adds heat to already hot balcony location. Wall on balcony concrete - not railing - so airflow restricted. Room was clean and well maintained. All as expected. Great rates.

“Home Away from Home in Maui”
These condos ALL have an ocean view from the living room/balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots and pans. Dishwasher was great to have as well as the washer/dryer for wet swimsuits. The pool needs a jacuzzi, though kept very clean each and every day. The staff was a bit unfriendly. They didn't prepare my packet at arrival as they should have. I didn't have my parking info which they insisted was in my packet--it wasn't. The bbq grill didn't work one of the days I tried using it. It's so close to the ma'alaea harbor that it was very convenient to get on the tour boats - we went on the Quicksilver. The bed was very comfy. We sleep on a temper-pedic and I didn't have back pain after sleeping on it(I did get back pains from the Hyatt Regency in Monterey, CA the week before). The sofa bed was perfect for our 2 kids. They should change the website description to 1 bed AND 1 sofa bed. Overall, a great value, very comfortable stay and a gorgeous view. I would definitely stay there again.
“Would do it again”
This is an older but nice looking condo building of mostly permanent residents. It is well maintained with decently landscaped grounds. There is a small pool, free assigned parking and a nice neighborhood feeling surrounding the building. The pool area has gas BBQs and a few picnic tables in addition to the typical lounge chair. The ocean view from our lania was great and we were able to spot whales off in the distance since we visited during whale watching season. The unit was stocked with lots of little everyday things we were glad to have that made it easy to eat in and saved us from doing without or spending too much at the local stores. It had AC, a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Loved having the washer and dryer! Tastefully furnished; Not top of the line but homey. The furniture was rattan framed which is cute but small in scale and not too plush (pretty common I'm sure) which made it hard for both my husband and I to stretch out, relax and enjoy the view after a long day of fun in the sun. The bedroom had no TV and the queen size bed was a very firm. My husband was OK with it but I had a very hard time getting a good nights sleep since I happen to prefer a plusher mattress. This condo is located on the windiest part of the Island so we were able to leave the doors open and get a nice breeze vs running the AC all the time. Really appreciated the convenient location. Overall, good experience. We would definately do it again.
“No windows”
The place is quite OK, but clearly overpriced at the time of my booking. Bedroom does not have windows, just ventilation, meaning it's dark even at mid-day. Good central-Maui location for exploring the Island.
“Worst place I have stayed.”
Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.
