“Amazing Aloha Suite”

There are no words to adequately express how thrilled we were with our Suite at Aston Kaanapali Shores. From what I could tell, we stayed in one of the best suites available. From the moment we walked in and our mouths dropped in awe, we were thrilled with the room, the view, and the service. We had four sets of patio doors..two that looked out over the pools, and two that looked out over the ocean. We were on the seventh floor, and I could talk to my kids when they were in either the pool or the ocean. Both of the bedrooms had more than adequate closet, drawer, and mirror space. The bathrooms were immaculate. The employees were friendy and extremely helpful. I am not the type of person who likes to do the same thing twice (I prefer to experience new things), but if I ever return to Maui I will definitely stay at the Aston Kaanapali Shores again. It was the vacation of a lifetime for my mom, my kids, and me. Thanks!!!

“Fantastic hotel with great location”

This hotel is great, the customer service is fabulous and the grounds are beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach and has great access. We had a great time and would definetly stay here again.

Great place to stay in Maui. Nice location, nice beach, accommodations are really good (we stayed in a 1 bedroom apt). No down points at all.

I had low expectations of the hotel when we left. I was thrilled when we arrived to this beautiful resort! The location wass perfect, the grounds were gorgeous and tge staff were all friendly.

“Great for a 10 Day Stay”

Clean, comfortable hotel. Nice for snorkeling (rent the equipment across the street, follow the three bouys out to the pretty coral) - very, very nice to have the beach right there. Restaurant had unremarkable but reasonable price/quality food (with great Mai Tais). Having a washer/dryer and kitchen in the room for our stay worked out quite nicely.

i wanted to get married in the gasebo at the hotel till i found out how much they charged since i booked a week with them they should have gave me a cut rate or free use but i got married on the beach the hotel was great all but that

“Beautiful Stay”

This was a wonderful trip and a wonderful stay at the Kaanapali Shores. The facility was in great condition. The facility was clean and there were plenty of people around to answer questions and offer assistance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“WOW! Wonderful Room!!”

Upon arrival we had signed up for a garden/pool view room. Since I love to people watch I figured this would be OK. Once inside the 3rd floor room, all we could see from our balcony were palm tree's and looking strait down, a small stream. We knew it would be a long week if we couldn't see more. I called to the front desk and asked for an upgradge. They said absolutely and to come back to the desk. They gave us a room on the 8th floor that was recently updated with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath along with tiled floors everywhere except the bedroom. (Shower was even tiled!) It definitely made our stay wonderful and made us feel right at home!! We went March 1-7, 2009. We would definitly stay at this hotel again...and in this room! (We went with friends that had a room 3 doors down from us. Their room had not been updated and we felt really bad that we paid a lot less for the room than they did.) We ate at the pool restaurant two times. Food quality was good. We went to the shops several times, too. Prices were not outragous. We bought several of our souvenirs in the gift shops. We did not use any of the other services.
