“More apartment than hotel. Great place to stay.”

This place was great. We had a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the 1st floor. It was a HUGE room. There is a full kitchen with everything you could want/need. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, and they even give you detergent. The king size bed was comfy. The furniture was a little dated, but that did not bother us (all the furniture in Maui is dated compared to the mainland I think). All the furniture was in great shape. We did not visit the pools or tennis courts. The location was great, very close to everything, even the beach is just across the street. The staff was great, at checkout we were able to leave our bags with the front desk, but since our flight did not leave until 10pm, they set up for us to use another room for an hour so we could shower and change after we got back from the beach before we went to the airport. Even after we had checked out they still gave us towels to take to the beach with us. The only thing I didn't like was the $10/night resort fee. This covers the in room safe, newspaper, and movie and game rentals. We actually didn't mind this charge in the end. Each day when we were tired and came back to the room from the beach we were able to sit and watch a new release movie while we were getting ready for dinner. There are PS2's in each unit and you can rent games just like movies in the lobby (included in the resort fee). If we are ever able to go back to Maui, we will stay here for sure. It was much more like a home than a hotel.

“Great location”

The facilities were great. Room was clean. Great lanai sheltered from the sun with a nice breeze and a view of a touch of the ocean. The room was very quiet and felt very secure. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a great coffee spot and across the street from 3 beaches. Good snorkelling across the street. A place to rent beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. just a few blocks away. All in all a great experience in a quiet spot close to the beach and all sorts of restaurants and shops.

“Perfect for families”

This is a great place for a family to stay. Loved it! The amentities were great and I would definetly stay here again. Also its in a great location, across the street to the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and not far from the main highway, if you dont like to take the scenic route.

“I would stay there again”

At first I thought it looked sort of run down. This was actually my second time staying here and our first room was very nice. But once I got settled in, I realized it met all my needs, the grounds were nice, and the service was excellent. The only draw back my husband and I found was the parking. There needs to be assigned parking when you check in. Other than that, I would definitely go back.

“Will go back for sure.”

Close to all that we wanted to do, but when on Maui you're not very far from the entire island. Room rates were excellent. Depending on the season rates are either great or about average.

“Great Condo”

We stayed in building "H" on the 4th floor. When we walked in the condo it felt like home. Clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed to prepare a nice meal. The furniture was nice and so were the bathrooms. The landscape was beautiful and the front desk ladies were very helpful. We would stay there again anytime.
