“Great stay in Charles Town”

We arrived an hour before check in. The front office guy greeted us with a smile. Made copies of my drivers license and credit card and handed us cards to the room! The room was clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone! The casino was almost across the street. Thanks so much!

“Good value”

My husband and I and 2 companions stayed at this facility.7/20 and 7/21/11. We were signed in and greeted by the front desk personnel, with a smile. Upon entering our room, we were pleased by the cleanliness of it. It's not fancy, and could be updated some, but for what you pay to stay there, it's a great value. Very convenient to the Casino, and shuttle service is provided. There is a diner right next to this motel and the price of food and quantity of it are a great value as well. If you're looking for fancy, don't stay here. If you're looking for a place to rest after a day at the slots and horse races, one that is clean, and terrific personnel, then give this a try. Not bad for the money.

Could have been more up dated, and more room but all was well. Would have liked a bigger bed

“AMBV Charles Town”

Location is great, just across the street from the casino. The room was recently converted from a double to a single and smelled of smoke though designated non-smoking. The Expedia ad states pets are allowed, but the signage in lobby says they are not. We were able to check-in but very few rooms are used for animals so check-in took longer as guests were shuffled.

“Not Impressed,”

No radio/clock, iron/ironingboard. The bathroom had not been cleaned good nor sanitized. Shower curtain was very dirty (brown in color at the bottom). There was only coffee for one person left in the room instead of two as we booked. The web pictures of the facility are very deceiving.

“HOTEL NEED TO UPDATE FROM THE late 90's .”

Bathroom was not very clean, there were dead bugs on the floor in the bath room. Toilet paper holder rusted and not clean. Lamp shade broken and the room didn't smell fresh and clean.

hole about 5 inches around in wall near base board , pulled back sheets there was hair on sheets and pillows of both beds ask them to change sheets they did but one pillow was worse than before stains on both sheets and pillows also hair in bath room tub and floor and it was hair from both areas (if you know what i mean ) when told them second sheets were just as bad they said they would show us another room in about 15 mins they were busy when they called back they said they would give us our money back so we had to go somewhere else to stay thank god we able to find one
